welcome. We specialize group bookings up to 8 units. We accept credit card with
$25.00 bank service fee addt'l. Month to month welcome. Advanced booking required.
Cancellation policy: 30 days prior arrival date no penalty. Less than 30-15 days
penalty fee of $150. Less than 15 days security deposit will be forfeited or can
rebook within 1 year. Security deposit is fully refundable 1 week after check out
provided no damage or missing in the property. Call us and inquire about 3BR/2BA
units. We have total of 4 units w/ 4BR/3BA & 2 units w/ 3BR/2BA.
