Seasons is an exclusive, quiet development set around a pretty lake and yet just minutes away from the Disney attractions. Our beautiful villa is situated at the back of the estate with a south facing pool, large deck and game room. Free WI-FI.
We have 4 bedrooms in total, 2 master suites one with a king sized bed and large en-suite bathroom, one with a queen sized bed and en-suite walk-in shower, 2 further twin bedrooms (Mickey & Minnie, and traditional USA) which share a large family bathroom. In addition, for the younger guest, we provide complimentary crib, highchair and stroller. There is a formal lounge area with a double sofa bed should you need extra beds at any stage and dining room area for large family meals. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table leading through to the family room with cable TV, video and DVD player. Furthermore our games room provides a pool table and multi games table for football/air hockey and basketball. The house is fully alarmed for your peace of mind and we have an excellent local management company for whom nothing is too much trouble!
Patio doors from the family room take you out to the south facing pool area where you will find sun loungers, table and chairs for al-fresco dining and enjoying the Florida sunshine. For younger security there is a removable child safety fence and pool deck door alarms.
We really are on Disney's Doorstep with attractions being easily reached by 10 minutes drive. The 192 with all its restaurants and shops is just at the end of the road. Huge Shopping Malls and Golf Courses are all nearby too. Walmart, the biggest superstore in Kissimmee is a walk away together with Medieval Times - which makes for a great night out! For a more peaceful option why not try going south for 10 minutes to the Lake where Boggy Creek do a great land safari and air boat ride, or try Horse Riding or the Children's Petting Farm - all just a short journey from our villa.

This is an exceptional rental property, well maintained, close to all parks, and shopping. We absolutely loved our stay in your beautiful villa! So well furnished, "homey" and quiet. We would rent this again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for allowing us the privilege of "living" in your villa for a few days!

This property is a wonderful vacation house for families with children. The house was beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The owner was very helpful when we ask questions. I'd like to highly recommend this house to my friends.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
