The middle floor comprises the main living room, dining area, kitchen and half bath and is level with the parking area. The upper floor comprises the master bedroom with king bed and full bath and the guest bedroom with 2 double beds and attached full bath. There is parking for 2 vehicles. GUEST SIGNING RENTAL AGREEMENT MUST BE MINIMUM 25 YEARS OF AGE.
