Heritage Villa #2277 is located on the first fairway of the famous Harbour Town Golf Links. This three bedroom villa offers spectacular views of the course, sunsets, and the Harbour Town Club House. This end-unit villa is a two minute walk to tennis courts and the large community pool, and a five minute walk to the Harbour shops, restaurants, and famous Harbour Town lighthouse.
The two-story living room adjoins the dining room, which has a dining room table that seats six. Both rooms have sliding doors opening onto the private patio. The patio table seats six and overlooks the midpoint of the first fairway of Harbour Town Golf Links. The villa's master bedroom is on the second floor overlooking the course, and it has a king-size bed and walk-in closet. The second and first floor guest rooms both have twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Our villa on the Habour Town course is close to the center of activity and offers comfortable living and entertaining sights on the first fairway.
