Why the Owner Chose Mission Beach
We purchased this property to enjoy the beach with our family. It is a unique villa that has four seperate units for families to enjoy their privacy while spending time with extended family. It is located in the more quiet section of Mission Beach, but is minutes from the famous rollercoaster, shopping and restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love stepping out of our condo onto the beach! You can enjoy volleyball, surfing and shell seeking. We also provide bikes to ride on the boardwalk! We are minutes from Sea World and a short drive from the San Diego airport.

This place is fantastic..we were so happy. We were in unit one and had plenty of space. We had two adults in the mother in law unit and 4 teenagers in the main unit.the patio is wonderful. They provide bikes that the kids were able to use. The location is great. Close enough to activity but not in the middle of kaos. We did have a problem with flys so next time i will bring some fly spray. There was always someone available to call if we had questions. Customer service was amazing. The pictures actually make the familyroom look smaller than it really is. The descriptions provided were very acurate. The dishwasher was broken but they said they were going to fix it.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
