A family vacationing in our unit in early March 2009 had this to say: "Your penthouse villa L410 at Wailea Beach Villas was so amazing! We had an incredible vacation! I can't wait to return and stay again! We've stayed at the Wailea Beach Villas before, but your specific condo was exceptionally nice. The view of Wailea Beach from the lanai was spectacular especially since we saw whales every single morning while we were eating breakfast. The decor in the condo was exceptionally nice AND comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with extra plush towels, shampoo, soap, etc. It was also nice to have extra pillows and blankets.We enjoyed the extras in the kitchen which made making cooking and grilling easy! All the right pots & pans, storage containers, cooking utensils, etc. The kitchen was also amply stocked with napkins, ziploc bags, paper towels, dish washing soap, tea & coffee, sugar - and even some of the necessities to bake a birthday cake! And of course plenty of ice and a great blender to mix up some pina coladas before we walked down to the beach to watch the sunset every night :) The service your property management provided was great - especially since they helped us out with the crib and high chair rental - it was already set up upon our arrival and taken care of after we departed. Of course we also loved the family swimming pool, the adult pool, the workout room, the easy access to the Shops at Wailea and the walking trail between the resorts. We also appreciated the beach attendants who set up our chairs, towels and umbrellas everyday and even brought our son beach toys to play with! We have uploaded all of our vacation photos onto our computer and our son keeps saying he wants to go back to the "beach house". He thinks it's our home away from home :)" The "C" family, Washington
Sea Spirit has new wall paint in subtle golden tones in both bedrooms and the den, and new bedcoverings and wall art in the second bedroom, so that the second bedroom is as rich and inviting as the master, when two couples are renting, with the versatility to be comfortable for children, when families are renting. Wonderful Wailea Beach Villa condo!

This is our third year staying at Wailea Beach Villas and this particular penthouse was absolutely perfect! From the start, the owner was very responsive to our email and questions. We had a wonderful person greet us upon our arrival and show us all the amenities of the condo. Our family of four appreciated all the extra touches of “home” that the owner had for us; from extra pillows, complimentary high speed internet, laundry supplies, and to the state of the art kitchen stocked with wine glasses and even nice non-glass cups and plates for our two boys to use. The view from the lanai is amazing, just as the picture shows. When you want to feel comfortable in a luxurious spacious condo in Maui this is the place to stay. We’ve looked at other places but always come back to Wailea Beach Villas. We will definitely be coming back in 2012 to this penthouse, if not sooner. You will LOVE it!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
