Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Region on Seneca Lake, this spacious 4500sqft waterfront hidden gem is available for your next vacation. Lakeside Harmony can accommodate up to 16 people and is ideal for family reunions and multi-family getaways. Well appointed and well furnished, picturesque lake views abound from this luxurious home.
Finger Lakes Premier Properties has designated this home as a 5 star Premier Property. This status is reserved for a select group of luxury homes providing the finest accommodations and upscale amenities to their guests.
Lakeside Harmony’s expansive layout includes 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, a great room, a living room, a recreation room and 3 full bathrooms. Separate entrances and connecting interior doors allow for the south side of the house to be utilized as in-law quarters should you choose to do so.
Just beyond the main foyer is the main kitchen, which includes a large island and brand new granite countertops. To the left of the kitchen is the formal dining area with a lovely dining table, a china/hutch, and a wood stove for extra warmth.
To the right of the main entrance is the great room, which boasts a wall full of windows. With a cathedral ceiling, dual ceiling fans, comfortable sofas, and a 50” flat-screen television, it is the perfect area for everyone to unwind while enjoying the impressive lake views.
Beyond the great room are connecting doors that lead to the south side of the home. There you will find the second kitchen and living room. This living room also holds a 50” flat screen television. A master bedroom and full bathroom complete the first floor. In addition, there is a semi-private loft, which overlooks the living room and has incredible views of the lake. This large loft is furnished with two twin beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a television, making it ideal for children and friends.
Returning to the north side of the home, you will find stairs leading from the main kitchen to the second floor. On the second floor are two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. The large master bedroom is surrounded with lake views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is charmingly furnished.
The finished lower level recreation room has an additional queen sleeper sofa, another big screen television, and pub tables. The lower level also has the 5th bedroom and includes a queen bedroom set. The sliding glass doors lead out to the patio and the oversized 8-person hot tub.
Outdoor features include a well-appointed upper deck that leads out from the kitchen. A propane grill is available for use. On the lower level lawn area is a fire-pit for those evenings that call for a delightful crackling bonfire. For relaxation, you can enjoy the large 8-person hot tub that overlooks the lake.
With 100 feet of lake frontage and no immediate next-door neighbors, you have plenty of privacy as well as panoramic views of the lake. The oversized permanent dock and boat hoist are available for your fishing and boating pleasures.

To all of our guests, thank you for staying at Lakeside Harmony for your vacation. 2007 was Lakeside Harmony's debut year, and all of the wonderful guests that have stayed there have made it a successful year. We have tried our best to provide as many amenities as possible. We will continue to make improvements and hope that you will come back again.
