Lakeside Harmony can accommodate up to 16 people and is ideal for family reunions and multi-family getaways. Well appointed and well furnished, picturesque lake views abound from this luxurious home.

Lakeside Harmony’s expansive layout includes 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, a great room, a living room, a recreation room and 3 full bathrooms. Separate entrances and connecting interior doors allow for the south side of the house to be utilized as in-law quarters should you choose to do so.
Just beyond the main foyer is the main kitchen, which includes a large island and brand new granite countertops. To the left of the kitchen is the formal dining area with a lovely dining table, and a china/hutch.
To the right of the main entrance is the great room, which boasts a wall full of windows. With a cathedral ceiling, dual ceiling fans, comfortable sofas, and a 50” flat-screen television, it is the perfect area for everyone to unwind while enjoying the impressive lake views.
Beyond the great room are connecting doors that lead to the south side of the home. There you will find the second kitchen and living room. This living room also holds a 50” flat screen television. A master bedroom and full bathroom complete the first floor. In addition, there is a semi-private loft, which overlooks the living room and has incredible views of the lake. This large loft is furnished with two twin beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a television, making it ideal for children and friends.
Returning to the north side of the home, you will find stairs leading from the main kitchen to the second floor. On the second floor are two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. The large master bedroom is surrounded with lake views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is charmingly furnished.
The finished lower level recreation room has an additional queen sleeper sofa, another big screen television, and pub tables. The lower level also has the 5th bedroom and includes a queen bedroom set. The sliding glass doors lead out to the patio and the oversized 8-person hot tub.
Outdoor features include a well-appointed upper deck that leads out from the kitchen. A propane grill is available for use. On the lower level lawn area is a fire-pit for those evenings that call for a delightful crackling bonfire. For relaxation, you can enjoy the large 8-person hot tub that overlooks the lake.
With 100 feet of lake frontage and no immediate next-door neighbors, you have plenty of privacy as well as panoramic views of the lake. The oversized permanent dock and boat hoist are available for your fishing and boating pleasures.

We rented this wonderful home for the whole week. We had our Thanksgiving here. We had 12 family members staying and it was great. What a wonderful time we had. This home is just beautiful. They Hot Tub was my Favorite! The Home is truly furnished, and the kitchen is stocked with everything one might need. I hope that we can do this again. Thank you.

Overall, we would highly recommend this property. It is a beautiful lakefront property. It was very spacious and perfect for our family multi-generation vacation. The house did need some updates like new carpet, new deck furniture, etc. It also needs a better cleaning company. There were a lot of cobwebs in the rafters. Other than a few minor issues, the house was beautiful and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Recommended for:Sightseeing.

The house was pretty and had enough room for all 13 of us to move around without bumping into each other. Well stocked with kitchen equipment and utensils. Lots of TV's and internet was good. The description and pictures were accurate. The property was clean and maintained. We would recommend this property. We really enjoyed a number of New York State Parks for hiking and pictures. Some updates of outdoor furniture and deck would be appreciated and carpet and sofas will need to be replaced in the near future. All in all comfortable and enjoyable.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

My family stayed here 8-15-10 thru 8-22-10. Overall the space was adequate for our group and had wonderful views of the lake, but the property is in need of some replacements and repairs. We had to call the management company to send a repairman for a faucet that sprayed water all over the bathroom vanity, replace several burned out bulbs and try to fix the dishwasher that leaks. The poor grill had seen better days and was probably original to the house. Also beware of the dock as one area sways when walked over. There is no beach area and the water is filled with seaweed and old rusted barrels and discarded building debris.

My group of 10 friends and family members stayed at Lakeside Harmony for our annual wine trip. This was our first time renting a home for our group, and we were very pleased. The home was beautiful, the views stunning. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. Our favorite part was sitting at the fire pit, overlooking the lake at night. We hope to rent Lakeside Harmony again!
