This newly remodeled Seascape townhouse in South Forest Beach is a four-minute walk to the beach on a private shaded path. While you are enjoying your time on the beach there is a private beach cabana with restrooms and showers for Seascape guests. No running back to the townhouse except for food and beverages.
The entire unit has been renovated - New ceramic tile flooring, new furniture including a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, stereo with CD, and DVD player. For your entertainment a collection of DVDs, CDs and several books are for your enjoyment while vacationing at our unit. A large deck off the living room complete with gas grill and brand-new patio furniture for all your outdoor dining needs. We also added brand new ceiling fans in all the bedrooms as well as TV's and DVD in each bedroom.
Kitchen - New countertops, new cabinets, new flooring, new stainless steel appliance and new pots and pans should accommodate all your gourmet cooking needs.
Master bedroom (completely renovated) - Brand new top-of-the-line king pillow top Serta mattress will ensure you get a good night's sleep. Two closets and your own private master bath. Walk outside onto a private covered balcony with seating for two - perfect for quiet, romantic moments alone.
The other two bedrooms on the second floor complete with all new furniture - Kids room - brand-new twin Serta mattresses, while the other guest room has a brand-new top-of-the-line European queen mattress. Second bathroom is located on the second floor.
Lastly, for the beach, we have provided seven beach chairs, two umbrellas, kids beach toys and a 2 carts to hall all your gear to the beach.
Unit is equipped with wireless high speed internet, cable and phone.
Several shops, coffee shop, bakery, bars, movie theatre and restaurants in Coligny Circle are just a 12-minute walk from the villa. In addition miniature golf, bike rentals, and tennis (Van de Meer and Player’s Club) are a 10-minute walk.
We hope a week in our townhouse will make you want to come back to Hilton Head again!

We chose HHI as our vacation spot because of how many things there are for families to do. Dolphin tours, beach, fishing, playgrounds, restaurants and many other things.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our villa is a very short walk to the beach on a private path. Our unit it just the right distance from the pool. You can see the pool off our back deck as it is 20 yards away.
Public beach with water fountains where the children and even adults can play
Tons of restaurants, bars and shopping in this marketplace. There is also a grocery store as well as liquor store and even a bakery
If you need an extra parking lot or a cabana key or any questions about the property you can walk right here to the main office
Great food and even better wine. Their prices on bottles of wine are very affordable.

This was our first time staying in Hilton Head... We loved this place. Every room had a TV with Cable. The entire place was redone as well as the kitchen. This unit also just had a new washer/dryer put in. It is a very short walk to the beach and they have beach carts, chairs, umbrellas. We cannot wait to come back again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Condo was great! My family and I had a really good time. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and shopping area too, plus the pool was right off the patio!!! We also found the full size washer and dryer were especially convenient since we were traveling with younger children
