First floor features the perfect accommodations for those who would like more privacy. Features of this floor are a master suite with a king size bed, redwood dry sauna, private bath, washer & dryer, private balcony with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a wet bar that contains an ice machine, mini refrigerator, microwave, sink and lets not forget the hot tub on the balcony overlooking the ocean.
Second Floor features the Main living area including the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances; granite counter tops, powder room and a small bedroom with office accessories for those who may need to do some work while on vacation (WIFI, printer and fax are easily accessible).
The third floor features a bedroom with a double/twin bunk, Jack & Jill bathroom and a private dressing area.
The upper master suite features a king size bed with a tempurpedic reclining/adjustable/massaging bed, a second LCD flat-panel TV and hideaway TV Lift cabinet, a large glass steam room/shower that features an ejecting system that allows Eucalyptus into the steam system and seats up to four to five people. To enhance this steam sauna/shower experience you will enjoy the waterproof speakers flush mounted in the all granite and marble walls providing surround sound TV and stereo sound. Additionally there is a large Jacuzzi tub within view of the sizeable LCD wall mounted flat panel TV in this bath. - This is in a very upscale, gated (with security gaurd), and secure community with cobblestone streets, palms galore, extravagant landscaping, and underground tunnel to cross the road to wide jogging sidewalks.
