First floor unit overlooking 300 feet of renourished white sugary beach! Very convenient to the beach! Nicely furnished and well decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath with bunks, sleeps eight! 2 King Beds! Recently upgraded with new tile throughout! No carpet! New back splash in kitchen! New TVs including a 40" LCD Sony in the living room and 32" Sony LCD TVs in the bedrooms! Pet may be okay with prior approval. Must be clean!
You'll love this condo - nicely decorated and plenty of room! Beach Retreat has a 3000-square-foot heated pool, BBQ grills, picnic area, exercise room, and deeded (private) beach access! This condo is ground floor so no stairs to climb!
Conveniently located to all the major attractions! The Destin Commons Mall is only about a mile and a half to the west and the Silver Sands Outlet is the same distance to the east! All water sports including parasailing, jet skiing, surfing, etc. all right at the beach! Take a dolphin cruise or deep sea fishing trip at the Destin Harbor. Restaurants are close too! Walk to Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, and Kenny D's! Beach service available but not included in prices.

We rented this condo for a week with another family. Having a total of 4 kids, this is perfect! The short walk to the beach is easier than a highrise on the beach. The pool is great too. We really enjoyed our stay. The bunk beds were great for the 4yr old and 3 yr. old and the bedrooms were plenty big for pack-n-plays to be set up for the babies. The view was nice and enjoyable.

We stayed at this property in May 2010. The condo was beautiful and amenities plentiful (in good working condition). The beach was literally only a few feet away. The ocean view was amazing. Everything was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more, and I highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We loved our vacation. The pool was large enough that even if there were several people there it didn't feel crowded. The condo was nice and clean. It had plenty of space. The view was pretty from the patio. If you are planning this vacation for a family, it is very kid-friendly. The walk to the beach is much easier than one of the high rise. We had a maintenace repair that was needed during our stay and the management company was very responsive in tending to the request. Is is close to restaurants and the commons mall. We are planning to vacation here again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
