We chose this location after several years of looking at condos.
We were always drawn to the quietness and seclusion of the Shore Drive area; not to mention the cleanliness of all the surrounding properties.
Our unit was completely remodled when we purchased it and has a wonderful ocean view from the balcony
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I'm a shopper!! I love bargains. I can go a few miles in either direction to shops gallore.
I also love the beach . . . . and we're just steps away.
Our management group does a wonderful job keeping the grounds and pools looking terriffic.

My family of 4 and our 2 best friends have stayed at the condo several times together on family vacation, we loved it so much we came back Adults only for shopping & golfing time later in the year! I love that as soon as you walk in the front door, you know your on vaca, there is a wonderful scent that is nice clean smelling and you look around to a clean updated condo! We use the fully equipped kitchen and take advantage of watching some of the movies. Kids like that there are 2 different pools to play in and of course its just a walk across the street to the ocean! We love that its more private and feel very safe with our family & friends! Can't wait til next summer ...we will be there!!

My husband and I along with another couple have stayed at this condo for several years now and we love it! We just keep going back! We love the beach and this location, you just can't beat it! You can walk to the beach, there are two pools, the property is always well taken care of, Tanger/Walmart/Bass Pro-mall/Barefoot Landing/restaurants are all very close. We love to exercise and there are sidewalks everywhere great for walking or bike riding. The condo itself is very well taken care of. It is always neat and clean. We always feel at home here and can just relax! Just an all around great condo/location!

Location, location, location. This condo is located in the best part of Myrtle Beach! Close to everything. Clean, neat and the view of the ocean from the balcony is picture perfect. Will definitely stay there again!

The condo is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. This condo is home away from home. This unit is spacious and charming. The location was so quiet and relaxing, we really enjoyed the balcony. My little boy loved the swimming pool, which was clean and private. This offer is something that I would not pass up. My husband and I have recommended A Place at the Beach V to all of our friends and family. It was really worth our hard-working dollars! My husband and I love exercising, so we did not mind the unit being located on the third floor. I actually lost a pound while on vacation. Please consider, you will not be sorry!

It was a very nice condo and was very well kept. We found it to be very clean and the view was wonderful of the ocean even though it was not ocean front it still had a great ocean view. The ocean was easily accessible and the beach was very nice. The price was very reasonable for the week and we truely enjoyed our stay their. We would recommend it to anyone but just for your information there is no elevator and it is on the third floor for those who have problems with stairs. There is also plenty of restaurants and stores close to the condo's location. We plan to come back again we hope soon.
