This is a very Romantic Dream Town house, located at 5 minute walking distance to Via Nazionale, the historic centre of Cortona. It is in a quiet position a few steps from Piazza Signorelli and the city's main Piazza.

It has been restored to high standard maintaining original characteristics, terracotta floors, beamed ceilings, arches, niches, open fireplace and old original stone staircase. Offering the comfort of an apartment where one feels at home.

Furnished in Tuscan style with care and attention to detail, ancient restored door,mosaics in the bathroom and an equipped kitchen hidden inside a piece of antique furniture. Each object has been carefully restored by local artisans, as blacksmiths, joiners,glass maker. And what's to say of the wonderful " tromp d'oeil" in the living room? It is a pleasure to relax with friends or with families at night in front the open fireplace drinking aglass of red local wine eating the typical local products or cooking a chianina steak on the barbecue.
