Four Mile Village is accessible only to owners and guests and by reservation to visitors of the Coffeen Nature Preserve. This gated community has a tradition of peace and quiet for all God's creatures who take refuge here.

Canopied by a magnificent oak, the Lake House not only has spectacular views of the lake but also gives guests the impression of being up in a tree house.
Completely renovated and refurbished, this spacious and charming home is delightfully furnished with Louisiana antiques and has new porcelain tile throughout.

The kitchen is a gourmet cook's dream and loaded with all new appliances, including a JennAire cooktop, convection oven and second wall oven. Enjoy fabulous Gulf views and sunsets from the rooms and screened porch. The private beach boardwalk is just a short stroll away and gives access to one of the most pristine areas of undeveloped and secluded beach in Walton County.

  • Talk about a "Catch 22". It's always tempting to be selfish and keep the Lake House and Four Mile Village a secret. Discovered Four Mile Village ten years ago and have not missed a summer(sometimes 2) since. The Lake House views are unmatched and the front(gulf) and rear(lake) porches are great for relaxing. Being an early riser, each AM I was able to watch though the multi-windowed dining area a group of deer grazing through the rear yard. Upon entering the grounds you truly step into a different world. Not to mention the great beaches!

  • My family and I have been vacationing in four mile village every summer for 7 years. We look forward to it all year long. It is beautiful and peaceful - an oasis among the commercialism and development. We stayed at the lake house for the first time last year and will be returning this year. It is a beautiful home with great views - the kitchen is spectacular.

  • Each year we travel from Virginia to our favorite vacation spot--the Lake House at Four Mile Village. Here we find a dream house in a perfect setting! Situated between a lake and the ocean, it is peaceful and quiet, and there are incredible views from all sides. The house is beautiful--clean, fresh, and comfortable. The gourmet kitchen is ideal for cooking, visiting, and relaxing at the end of the day. We have many happy memories of our time spent here, and we look forward to making many more!
