Are you looking for a romantic escape with breathtaking sunsets? Do you love to relax on a beautiful white sand and feel the warm salt water tickle your toes?

If so - we have the place for you! Our brand new, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located in WaterSound Beach, Florida with exceptional views of the emerald green and azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and the boardwalk located right out front of the condominium puts you on the pristine white sand and at the water's edge in just a short (romantic!) walk.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is spacious, and also has a queen size sofa bed for additional guests. The rooms have been tastefully decorated to inspire rest and relaxation with colors that are soft, warm, and inviting. The furnishings are cozy as you will see in the photographs below. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, with French doors onto the patio, where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine while watching amazing sunsets. The additional bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom, as well as the den, is equipped with 40” plasma televisions with cable. The patio is accessible from the master bedroom, as well as the den.

This unit has a state-of-the-art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, which include a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, a huge stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and a glass cook-top with an oven and broiler for you to use to prepare the fresh shrimp and grouper that you can find at all the local fish markets. The kitchen comes stocked with casual china, stemware, and stainless service for eight, along with all the essential cooking tools necessary for even a “weekend chef” to prepare any culinary delight.

  • WaterSound was a wonderful spot for our family during our early August vacation. It is along a gorgeous stretch of beach, and is quiet and uncrowded...the ultimate in relaxation. The protected dunes you cross over by boardwalk are pristine, and make the three minute walk to the beach a treat. This condo is perfect. Spacious...beautifully appointed... comfortable beds...great kitchen! Oh! The pools are great too. I give this spot 5 stars!! And the ultimate endorsement...we hope to go back again soon.

  • We stayed in this unit in during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful! The weather was beautiful, the food was wonderful, and I read three books! My husband and I finally had the "honeymoon" we didn't get when we got married earlier this year. This unit is neat, clean, and has every creature comfort imaginable! WE can't wait to go back!
