Bay Haven's two grand bedrooms plus a den, with three baths, offer ample space for 6 guests. The house is elegant with slate and tile floors (carpet in bedrooms and stairs), custom cabinets, elevator, skylights and glass block in the bathrooms, professional stainless steel appliances, faux painting, and much more. A large screened lanai with wicker furniture looks out over the bay - perfect for morning coffee and all hours of the day or evening.
Bay Haven takes advantage of its ideal location overlooking beautiful Pine Island Sound, "The Bay." Enjoy bay views throughout the den and great room and even from the kitchen. The waters are frequented by dolphins and manatees, which you can watch from the dock or even from the house. Exotic marine birds thrive here and seem almost tame as they share the habitat with humans.
