Thanks to Antoni,,,, We booked this beautiful condo for 1 week in 2007 and later found out that this was the best place to stay in Cancun. If you are looking for first class accomodation with all the amenities with privacy, this is the place to stay. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We are planning to visit Cancun again this year and will definitely be staying at this condo and would strongly recommend it. This property is not as it is listed and here are the problems: -The yellow couch is destroyed and torn. - The TV area is not a seperate room as it is part of the common living area. - The Couch in the "TV" room was so filthy that we needed to put towels over it to sit/sleep on it. -There were not enough bowls/plates/utensils to cook a meal. - There were dirty sheets put on the bed. -The diswasher overflowed twice. - Our 13 yr old sons found a used condom on the guest bedroom shelf. -The hair dryer didn't work. - The shower in the master bedroom did not have hot water. - No Patio funiture on the balcony. - The grocery store was quite a distance away. -They charged $10.00 per person per access card that was refundable, but was never stated in the agreement. I was completely appauled at the overall experience! I did view other properties while I was there and it is unfortuntate that this property owner has not taken better care of his property. THIS IS DEFINATELY NOT SUITABLE FOR A FAMILY!

We stayed at the condo from Feb, 20-27. I have to say the place is amazing. The facilities are great!! Everything is definitely first class. I have stayed at some great resorts, but this definitely beats any of them hands down. I will definitely stay again. Also the staff there is extremely friendly and helpful.

Dear Antoni, I went this summer with some friends and we had an awsome time. The condo and the view were beautiful. Your staff provided an excellent service.(Especially Edgar from 24/7 , who would greet me daily)I am looking forward to next year. Thanks again, hope to be there soon. The apartment was in perfect condition and ideally located, right on the beach. Roomy and with a view from every room. Every convenience: dishwasher, washer and dryer, Internet access, etc. My son and his girlfriend, from Boston, just loved the place.
