The fantastic Vancouver Sea Wall is located just outside your doorstep and provides access to the famous Granville Island market via Aqua Bus, and also direct walking and cycling to Stanley Park. Numerous activities are only a short distance away, such as bike rentals, rollerblading, walks, and picnics are available within a half a block of your front door. David Lam park, host of the Vancouver International Jazz festival is one block away, just across the neighbourhood gathering place, the Roundhouse (converted pavilion from Expo 86, the BC entry to the worlds fair in 1986). - We are located on the Seawall, just steps away from bike rentals and a local dog friendly park. Celebration of Light, the international fireworks competition held annually in late July and early August, is just a five minute walk from the apartment. Granville Island, site of local organic shopping, performance art, and fantastic arts and crafts is accessible from the Aquabus, again less than 100 meters from our front door. The best location in Yaletown!

Why the Owner Chose Yaletown
This unit was never intended to be a vacation rental - it was our perfect find after months and months of fruitless searching in Yaletown at the height of the real estate craze of 2005. After living in the unit for two years, we came across a unique loft property also in Yaletown that we couldn't pass up. We couldn't bear to give up this unit in what we think is the best building and location in Yaletown, and so decided to try the vacation rental route. It has worked out perfectly, both for us and for our guests!

This unit is in the exclusive Aquarius complex in the heart of Yaletown. Every amenity you can imagine is at your feet, including Urban Fare, the original gourmet grocery that started the trend. You may even run into some Vancouver Canucks at Urban Fare or at one of the many shops and restaurants that dot the neighbourhood!

This was a very nice condo, tastefully furnished, with all of the amenities one could possibly want. The building lacks nothing, as it has a pool, sauna, gym, etc., all of which we used! Urban Fare, a high end grocery store replete with restaurant, is literally downstairs, which made it very convenient to shop or eat on the quick. The street traffic noises were a little irritating, but that goes with the territory, as it's part of living in the city. Yaletown is a great location, we discovered, and this particular condo is located half a block from False Creek Harbor, where you can walk for miles along the beautiful seawall. Matt was always at our disposal to answer questions or give information. Thumbs up!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

I was a newbie to VRBO before this rental. I hope all other rentals are like this one. This condo has everything you will need! It is exactly as it looks in the photos - beautiful. It is in the best location in Yaletown - Five minutes from awesome restaurants (Provence is amazing), boutiques, yoga studios, and trendy spots (NoirLounge - a lash lounge! Awesome!). The owners of the condo are fantastic. They answered every question I had before I arrived and they were extremely helpful once I landed. You can't go wrong with this rental.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children.
