The fantastic Vancouver Sea Wall is located just outside your doorstep and provides access to the famous Granville Island market via Aqua Bus, and also direct walking and cycling to Stanley Park. - We are located on the Seawall, just steps away from bike rentals and a local dog friendly park. Celebration of Light, the international fireworks competition held annually in late July and early August, is just a five minute walk from the apartment. Granville Island, site of local organic shopping, performance art, and fantastic arts and crafts is accessible from the Aquabus, again less than 100 meters from our front door. The best location in Yaletown!

Why the Owner Chose Vancouver
This unit was never intended to be a vacation rental - it was our perfect find after months and months of fruitless searching in Yaletown at the height of the real estate craze of 2005. After living in the unit for two years, we came across a unique loft property also in Yaletown that we couldn't pass up. We couldn't bear to give up this unit in what we think is the best building and location in Yaletown, and so decided to try the vacation rental route. It has worked out perfectly, both for us and for our guests!
