This beautiful, two level home is located close to Reno's main shopping district, convention center and the Atlantis and Peppermill casinos, with a second rental property located nearby. It is completely remodeled and designed to offer refined enjoyment. The home is fully furnished, has a large living room with separate den with fireplace,TV, DVD/VCR, and phone.
The modern kitchen has all new appliances including double door refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave oven, and separate dining room. The kitchen is fully furnished with large pans, plates and silverware to service groups as large as 15, coffeemaker toaster and spice rack. The laundry room is also fully furnished with all detergents and cleaning supplies, and there is an additional bathroom downstairs.
Upstairs are three large bedrooms equipped with fine furniture and luxury pillowtop mattresses for your comfort. The master bedroom has an Olympic queen-sized bed, TV, phone, and large adjoining master bathroom. The second bedroom also has an olympic queen-sized bed with second bathroom nearby. The third bedroom is designed with kids in mind. It has a twin/full bunk bed with luxury bedding, tv, dvd/vcr player and is equipped with tapes and board games for adults and children of all ages. Up to two full sized rollaway beds available for larger family groups.
The home has central heating, all linens and cleaning supplies are provided.A full-sized rollaway bed and self inflating mats are available for large groups upon request. The home has a two car garage with parking for two additional cars, and has a shaded back yard with garden patio equipped with lawn furniture and a gas bar-b-que grill for your enjoyment!

I just wanted you to know that everyone was extremely pleased and satisfied with the home and the comfort of the rooms and beds and most of all I had been told that you are the most professional homeowner/agent we have dealt with and as you know we travel year round. The owner of the company specifically mentioned he wished you had houses available all over the country because he was so pleased with your service and professionalism, he would rent from you everywhere if he had the option!! Throughout the entire rental process you were patient, flexible and easy to work with and i just want you to know that this is greatly appreciated. Rick.. thank you for allowing our bowling team to stay at your vacation rental this past week-end. There were 6 of us and no one felt cramped or put out. The full sized kitchen and appliances added a nice touch and gave us an opportunity to spend money on things other than eating out. The tremendous amount of space gave us enough room to sit around the kitchen table talking, laughing, eating and playing games. If someone wanted to.. they could go into the den or the living room for a little quiet time, yet still be near all the fun! We appreciated your thoughtfulness which is demonstrated in all of the amenities and supplies you provided in the home. We all enjoyed the location and the ease of getting around the city. We learned a couple of shortcuts to get downtown to the bowling center, stores and casinos. We were even able to take a day trip to Napa Valley, CA! Staying in your home proved to be way better than staying in a hotel. Thanks for everything and may God continue to bless you, those important to you and your business. We look forward to another stay soon.!!!

thank you Rick, for allowing to stay at your vacation rental. our family of 6 plus our son who lives in reno enjoyed the family den and at the same time the privacy of the bedrooms located on the second floor if someone needed to rest and felt exhausted from snowbording. We also like the fact that it was an easy drive to the grocery market, to Mt Rose, and casinos. We thank you again for your hospitality and would come back next year.
