I would have to say that this is the Most Beautifully Decorated Condo that we have ever rented! Mike and Buffy truly go the extra mile with all the extra added touches to this condo. We felt so at home from the minute we walked in. The condo was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the location was perfect! Our favorite part was drinking coffee on the balcony every morning and watching the dolphins swim and play! Thanks Mike and Buffy for making our vacation stress free! You are excellent owners to rent from and we will definately be back!

This condo is gorgeous! It is very spacious with a large kitchen, large master bedroom and very nice furniture. The views are magnificent from the master and from the balcony. The room is high enough that you don't hear any noise from the pool but still get the sound of the ocean. The property was clean and well maintained. The parking garage is across the street but has a walkbridge to cross. It felt very safe to park there. Starbucks on site was really nice. I would definitely recommend renting beach chairs. For about $130 for the week - they are VERY worth it. The pool was nice. Kiddie pool is actually across the street in a really inconvenient location, so no one used it at all. Kids all over the 'main' pool. Tiki bar at the pool was nice as well as all the showers and foot sprayers on the boardwalk. Do take your own beach towels as they are not provided. However, there is a washer and dryer in the unit which was a lifesaver. Absolute best part was the responsiveness of the owner. Small problem with the coffeemaker was fixed in hours. This building is a little bit west of the main beach 'strip' and thus not as thronged with teenagers. However, the traffic can still get bad, and it is a small drive to get to some restaurants. Well worth being away from the party crowd though. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a two bedroom condo. Nice room in great shape in a nice building.

We recently rented Mike and Buffys Emerald Beach condo in Panama City Beach Florida. It was absolutely AMAZING. Beautifully furnished, everything was just AWESOME. We've rented condos before in PC Beach, but nothng ever like this. The view was Incredible ! The Master Bedroom has a Bay Window that overlooks the Ocean and the Pool. We saw schools of Dolphins and Manta Rays. There is an Oceanfront Pool and several Pools for childrenthat drop 'water buckets'. The Gym is Huge ! The Location is the Best. Sharky's Restaurant and Gulf World are about 1 minute away. Pier Park is about 2 minutes away. The Condo was spotlessly clean. When we had trouble with the coffee pot,Mike and Buffy had a new one delivered within a few hours. We can't wait to come back here for our next vacation, this will be the ONLY condo we ever rent in the future when we come to PC Beach. If you have a chance to rent this Beautiful condo, you are lucky ! Thanks Mike and Buffy for a Wonderful Vacation.

The room appears exactly as pictured. Very nice furniture and features. But we never could get the room tempture below 75 degrees. Called the owner twice about this and was told it was probably because it was so hot outside. In the past at stays with other condo's I have never had this problem. It has always been very cool in our rooms. The owners were very pleasent to work with.

Owner response: When checking in if the door is left open for awhile during unloading, the temperature can rise inside the condo. We told the tenant to simply turn down the Thermostat as the outside temperature was nearly a record high 100 degrees. Tenant checked in late afternoon. We told them to advise us the next AM if the condo hadn't cooled enough for them, and we'd have our AC folks come take a look. We did not hear back from them. When the Cleaning Crew arrived after they checked out, the temperature on the room thermostat showed 71 Degrees, so obviously it did cool. Subsequent tenants in the next month never mentioned a problem.

Just wanted to share my recent stay at this immaculate condo 5/14-5/21/11. This condo is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The view is perfect, we had 6 people in our group and all were accomodated wonderfully at Emerald beach resort. There is a starbucks on site, and 2 bars, and 3 pools. We wanted a place that was not in the party zone, but close enough to all of the attractions and this place was perfect. Thank you Mike for sharing your wonderful place with us for a week. Looking forward to next year already!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view and room was in amazing condition! Mike and Buffy were very easy to work with. I am booking every year at this condo! Spacious, and very upscale! Very impressed! Loved having a Starbucks and gym to go to every morning before hitting the beach. Pools are very nice and relaxing! Can't wait for my '11 vaction!

Our family enjoying staying in this condo. We saw dolphins, fish and other marine life from our balcony! The condo was clean and looked exactly like the photos, and the owners were helpful and easy to contact. We enjoy eating @ Hammmerhead Fred's and parasailing. The beach was clean and the property was well-maintained and clean.

We had a wonderful room. It was roomy and is right on the beautiful beach. You had a choice of three swimming pools one which is heated. We had everything you needed to cook with. The condo was beautiful, the view was beautiful and the bathroom garden tub was nice. We will be back.

What you see is exactly what you get with this condo. Beautiful view from the master bedroom and living area. Very well stocked and maintained. Owners were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to be accommodating. Easy access to pools, beach, and parking garage. Valet is available and Starbucks is located onsite. Pier Park is within 2 miles . . . what more could you want? Very much enjoyed our stay!

Our Family Getaway

This condo was even better than we could have imagined. The view was spectacular. My daughter loved watching the seagulls fly right by us when we were standing on the balcony. From that high up, you could watch the dolphins swimming in the distance and see the stingrays when they came close to the shoreline. The interior was amazing and with the unit being at the end, there were no interruptions from other guests. The owners of this condo are very pleasant and very helpful. This was the first time I have ever booked a rental by owner, and let me just say that I was very impressed. We will definitely be back...hopefully next year. Maybe next time we will be able to make it a longer trip.

We Vacation in PC Beach Often. This is the Nicest Condo and the BEST Value We've Ever Had , In a Panama City Beach Condo Stay! The Furnishings Were Gorgeous! We Enjoyed the Big-Screen TV, and the Nice TV Combo DVD Players, In Each BR. The Owner's Also Supplied a Free DVD Movie Library. The Condo was Clean, and The View Was Breathtaking. This Condo Overlooks The Pool, Which Was Nice. We Saw Manta Rays and Dolphins From The Balcony, and The Incredible Bay-Window in the Master Bedroom. We Have Had Some 'Hit and Miss' Condo Rental Experiences In The Past in Panama City Beach. We Have Found The BEST Rental Condo On The Beach. We Will Always Book This Condo, If It's Available, On Our Future Panama City Beach Stays. Buffy and Mike Were Great to Work With As Well, Suggesting Some Neat Places To Visit While In Panama City Beach.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO BUT NOT WELL KEPT

The condo was decorated beautifully and the location was excellent, views were incredible. The owner was easy to contact and respond. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the condo. The living room carpet was filthy, the bathroom and kitchen floors were not very clean and the tubs were dirty. The living room couch was in dire need of a good cleaning as it had a bad smell, we covered it up with a sheet in order to sit on it. When we arrived it was late and we were ready for a good nites rest but the master bedroom had not been made, there was a note from the cleaning service that the sheets were in the dryer, much to our dismay they were for a small bed and we had no sheets! This problem was resolved the next day after contacting the owner. The balcony furniture is very old and rusty and the lounger was torn up. I would recommend this condo only if a better cleaning service was used and the balcony furniture replaced.

Owner response:We bought this condo in mid 2007. Everything, including the balcony furniture was New. It's just not that 'old', etc. The only complaint, at the time of their stay, brought to us, was wrong size sheets, for one of the beds.That was resolved immediatley. Had we known there were any cleaning issues not satisfactory to our guests, we would likewise have had them resolved immediatley as well. None of the issues mentioned in the guests review, were ever brought to our attention. We have a 'top of the line' cleaning crew. This is our 1st and only complaint we've ever received about the cleanliness of this unit. We've sent a copy of our guests review to the cleaning people we utilize.

A Great Condo and Friendly Owners

This unit is everything the owners describe and more. Very lovely and carefully maintained, well decorated, and convenient to the rest of Panama City Beach, including the popular Pier Park with upscale shops and restuarants. The unit is quiet with a gorgeous view of the lovely emerald coast, including big fish and little rays playing in the clear water. The master bedroom and bath are large and the bedroom features a bay window over the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with nice appliances, including a washer/dryer in the condo. Parking is across the street but there is a walkover to avoid the busy street when necessary and plenty of carts available to load your luggage or groceries. Eight elevators minimize any waiting or inconvenience. With a sparkling pool and gorgeous ocean, you won't spend too much time in front of the big TVs but they are there for your enjoyment. We will definitley be contacting the owners first for this unit the next time we head to PCB -- it was outstanding and we highly recommend it!

I thought the place was amazing...incredible view to watch the sunset...very quiet even during spring break...I would definately love to return. Owner was very honest with everything, the place had a great layout, big bedrooms, 2 huge baths, huge kitchen. A home away from home.

This condo is fantastic! We arrived after dark so didn't really have a good feel for what was in store the next morning... what a treat! The view from the master bedroom and living room is nothing but blue ocean and sky. It was beautiful! The condo feels more like home than a beach rental. The furnishings are beautiful and everything you need is provided. The location is great with so many options for restaurants and the beach is fabulous. This was our first trip to Panama City but we will be back and will definitely book one of this owners units.

Emerald Beach is our favorite place in PCB. This spacious unit is beautifully decorated and the location is great! The heated pool and hot tub are very nice, especially in the cooler spring time weather, and the beach is just gorgeous (as are the sunsets viewed from the balcony). The owners are great and easy to reach if needed. We will definitely return to Emerald Beach again as soon as possible!
