Thank you so much for sharing your place with us! I have stayed at this location twice now. Once, just my husband and I and more recently with a group of friends. I recommend Villa Bella Vista regardless of your group size - you'll be sure to have an amazing and unforgettable trip. The owners thought of everything with regard to the home and amenities - you feel so welcome and comfortable, a true home away from home! And the best part when traveling in a group is that each room feels like it's own oasis... you aren't sharing rooms or walls. Each room is equally equipped with it's own balcony/patio and everyone wakes up to the same great views of the ocean! It is an absolutely amazing home. The location was perfect and very convenient for doing everything Cabo has to offer from the local tourist attractions to visiting the new resort, Capella for a gorgeous and unforgettable dinner at El Farallon. I definitely recommend this home for your next Cabo getaway! Thanks again Lia!

Lia thank you so much. We had a wonderful time. The Views were spectacular!! We had 8 people and it was perfect. Each person had their own Master bedroom and Bath. It was very private. The walk to town was very short. We enjoyed Marlin fishing, horseback riding, Snorkeling and riding Jet Skis. One of our best vacations. Your maid was wonderful. Took care of everything. She even cleaned the barbeque. When we come back to Cabo we will set reservations with you again. All the info you gave us was very helpful. Thanks again Lia for letting use your beautiful home!!

We stayed here with friends for my wife's 30th birthday, and it worked out wonderfully. So well in fact we are now seriously looking at property in the same neighborhood to buy for a vacation home. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe. We walked to town and back a couple times each day. The walk back is daunting as it's all uphill and not exactly short, but it wasn't so bad as to deter us. There is a convenience store just outside the neighborhood entrance from the public garden where you can restock on anything you'd go through quickly (beer, bottled water, snacks, etc.). The home was undergoing some minor remodeling while we were down (paintwork, and basic maintenance) so there were some things that weren't perfect, but we were informed by the owner ahead of time. The view is incredible and you could honestly spend days in a row just relaxing on the patio with a drink and good friends and not have to go anywhere if you wanted. The beds were comfortable and clean, which you never know for sure you're going to get in a rental home! Literally the only bad thing I have to say had nothing to do with the owner or the home, and is completely avoidable... Don't let the property managers do your grocery shopping unless you are comfortable paying an hourly rate similar to what a lawyer or doctor probably makes in Mexico. Just have your driver stop on the way from the airport to the house and pick up what you need yourself!

We traveled to Cabo in January of 2011. This house served our group of four couples perfectly. The layout of house allowed each couple to have their own privacy since we each had our own level of the house. We all had our own balcony, bedroom and bathroom. The main living area is large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. Probably the most remarkable thing about this house is the incredible views. The house is situated above downtown Cabo, overlooking the marina. We walked to town each day, but be warned it is a steep walk back up! Our group didn't mind the walk, since we know we got our exercise in for the day. At night we took a taxi home since there are no street lights. The owner Lia was very patient in answering our many questions, and the property manager was also wonderful in responding to any needs we had during our stay. We highly recommend this property.

Lia, your house was just outstanding. The view was everything and more. Watching the ships come in, the fireworks at night. Who could ask for more. We had a family vacation and there was privacy for everyone. The rooms were beautiful. I encourage everyone to stay. the walk into town and the beach were also highlights. We could not have had a better family vacation with our kids and grandkids. Thank you so much for all the information you provided. We will come back again. It was simply OUTSTANDING!!! Dick and Dee

My girlfriend and I stayed here in December. Everything was really great. The kitchen is great for staying in and making meals. The pool and deck are perfect for staying in as well. But, just the same, the house is close to town so it's easy to go out. I'd live here, if I could...

We had a wonderful time at your Cabo home. We took our two sons and there wives for a family vacation and the set up couldn't have been more perfect. Everyone had there own privacy. The home is beautiful and so comfortable. We BBQ'd, played games, enjoyed the pool and view. The weather that week was perfect too. The girls and I went to the spa and had massages and facials right there in Pedgral, not only was it convenient but it was a great experience. I would recommend it for sure, the price was very affordable and the service was great. All the information you provided for us was so helpful and right on. We loved your recommendations for the restauants. We have been to few before. Our favorite ones were Mi Casa, Edith's and Los Deseos on the marina. We didn't rent a car we just used the taxi's and that was such a great choice, We walked to town a lot just took about 5 minutes but we didn't walk back, after margar's and tequila shots that didn't go over very well. The taxi cab drivers are so willing to do what ever you need. The guys went golfing, some went zip lining and said it was incrediable. We all went ATV riding on the beach, that was really fun, we even went bowling right there in town to a really nice bowling ally. I would definatly recommend your home it was very well maintained and didn't feel like a rental. The description on VRBO is accurate and then some. "You get my vote Lia". Thanks for all of your help, you're the greatest. The kids are already trying to get some of their friends to plan another trip to Villa Bella Vista.

This was our second trip to Cabo. The first time we stayed in a hotel. I had to be talked into returning. Lia's beautiful home has changed the way I will vacation in the future. The pictures do not do the scenery or the property justice. The views are gorgeous. The home is incredible. Our family of ten loved it. Everyone had space for all the privacy they needed. The family area was large enough to cook, play and hang together comfortably. The onsite management was helpful. Lia was wonderful about answering our questions down to the transportation from the airport or to town, things to do and places to eat. We enjoyed the two water taxi rides we took. One we did so that we could see the sun set in to the Pacific Ocean. Another day we hiked from Villa Bella Vista to the Pacific side. We enjoyed playing on the beach which is just for Pedregal residence. We enjoyed the dinners (and some lunches) we had in town. It was fun each night when the ten of us set out for dinner. Many good restaurants are within walking distance. I have already recommended Lia's home to family and friends. Our family is very excited to return.

Bella Vista’s location gave us luxury, security and location all at once. The pool is set at the perfect temperature day and night, and its 4th story location gives you panoramic views of Cabo and its marina. All rooms have their own private entrances, air-conditioning units with arctic cooling powers, a bathroom and a balcony. The common room on the 4th floor (adjacent to beautiful pool and patio overlooking Cabo) has more then enough space for big family dinners, and all the amenities of home, internet, satellite, laundry and a great modern kitchen. Needless to say, Bella’s amenities were so nice most days we felt no need to go to the beach! Pedegral’s gated community provided an extra layer of security for our holiday in Bella Vista at the top of my list for vacation locations. Getting to town was a simple five minute walk down the stairs two houses down, and dropped us right into the middle of Cabo’s markets, restaurants, shopping and the Marina. The Marina offers a number of nice restaurants, as well as boat rides and deep sea fishing expeditions – which I strongly recommend; on our first trip we caught a 120 lb striped marlin. Lia, thank you again for all the recommendations from taxi drivers to restaurants and clubs, it help complete what wasn’t already provided by Bella Vista. Amazing house, amazing location, amazing vacation – Gracias!

Me and and a few friends stayed at Bella Vista a few weeks ago and were very impressed. The kitchen has everything readily available for cooking/bbqs, there are plenty of towels and linens, and the views are incredible. The steps next to the house made it very easy to get down the hill into town. We will definitely return!!

This place offers it ALL. No more than a 5 min walk to town - we went for tacos every day, even walked to the beach. Private pool. Views galore. Private rooms on every level. The layout is perfect for friends and family. The bedrooms are all very private (separate entrances, all with views). Plenty of space in the living room/kitchen for everyone to comfortably hang out. Relaxing by the pool is great: read a book or just gaze out over the water. We traveled with 2 other couples and when everyone retreated to their rooms, you would never know anyone else was staying with you. Can't beat the location. Very clean, beautiful home. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for your hositality.

We enjoyed an exceptional visit to Villa Bella Vista in November 2008. The home is well stocked and seven of us had more than ample space. The view is magnificent as you lounge by the pool among the colorful, flowering plants, watching cruise ships scoot into the Bay below. It’s like a changing, beautiful postcard! We often walked down the adjacent stairs to the nearby grocery store or for a jaunt down to the Marina or hotel beaches. Can wait to visit Villa Bella Vista again.

Stayed here the first weekend of November 2008. The weather was great and so was this villa! The living/dining area opens out towards the pool and the gorgeous views of the marina and surrounding areas. I can't say enough about the magnificent views from this villa. Accomodations were very comfortable and private since the villa is 4 levels on a hillside. The open floorplan of the living/dining area and kitchen make it perfect for entertaining. The staff was very helpful and catered to whatever our needs were. I'd totally recommend staying here!

Lia, your Villa was amazing! The view was unbelievable, and the Villa was so spacious and comfortable. You could easily walk to town, or stay at the Villa for relaxation and privacy. It was a great place for 3 couples to spend my 40th birthday. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We LOVED the private Pedregal beach on the Pacific side. The scenery there was like something off of a postcard. We always felt safe and secure on our trip, and truly enjoyed doing business with you. Gracias!

What a fabulous home! It layers itself down the side of a hill giving wonderful, private decks for each bedroom with a view. Perfect place to go with multiple friends/family and still feel a sense of privacy and enjoy quiet time. Loved the living room opening onto the pool deck with such a gorgeous view.....peaceful!!! Highly recommended as a vacation spot.

A unique beautfiful villa with an unbeatable view and location. The rooms are almost suites--very private and thoughtfully-decorated-- and the house is equipped with everything we needed to relax and make the most of our Cabo stay. The graciousness of the staff and owners made it extra special. Can't wait to go back!

This home is terrific. It is a great property. The pool, living area and bedrooms have a wonderful view of the harbor, town, lands end and the sea. This home is close to downtown and the public beaches. This home has lovely furnishings in every room, modern appliances, new large screen televisions and a great pool. I have been to Cabo a dozen times and this is the place to stay.
