This architect-designed three bedroom home overlooks Quail’s gate winery, and enjoys stunning 180 degree lake views. It is in immaculate condition, is very finely appointed, and is nestled near 4 wineries and their vineyards, including Mission Hill. Very quiet country feeling, although it is only 10-15 minutes from downtown Kelowna and its main beaches, 40 minutes from Summerland and 55 minutes from Penticton.
The 0.3 acre yard is nicely landscaped, and you can enjoy the stunning views from any one of three decks, or find a quiet shaded spot to relax in the back or side yard.
Features of the interior include granite kitchen countertops and backsplash with stainless steel appliances, stunning open two story circular stairwell, Eastern Birch and slate flooring throughout the main living areas and new carpets in the bedrooms, wall-to-wall south facing windows with cellular up-down blinds, three sitting / family rooms, and BBQ. The house is 2500 square feet, and has two totally modern bathrooms, as well as a large garage.
All beds have deep pillow top/pocket coil mattresses and cozy down duvets. The master bedroom has a stunning lake view with a private deck out front, beautiful private view out back, en suite bathroom with two vessel sinks, soaker tub and double shower, as well as a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third has two oversize single beds.
Furnishings include a fully equipped kitchen, quality leather furniture, 40 inch Sony High Definition wall-mounted TV, DVD, PVR (personal video recorder), stereo, full high definition cable TV service, high-speed wired/wireless Internet, cordless telephones with free North American long distance, voice mail, and other features.
We have a one week minimum stay requirement.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Our house overlooks Okanagan lake. 180 degree views are delightful at any time of day. Sunrise, sunsets, watching the weather change and approach down the valley, changing landscapes across the lake as the fire-ravaged hillside rejuvinates itself every year - are all great to experience. Listen closely and you can hear the bell at Mission Hill winery a few times each day. Our property affords a peaceful get-away, or a jumping off point to nearby destinations such as Penticton, the Kettle Valley, Vernon and many interesting points in between.
