This comfortable and spacious house is in a wonderful, secluded and peaceful setting with a beautiful pool overlooking a marsh and with its own dock with access to Mason Creek. Everything we needed was provided and we enjoyed using the kayak and canoe to explore. We saw an amazing amount of wildlife around the house and from the deck - otters, deer, armadillo, eagles, wood storks, ducks, herons, egrets and more and the only sounds at night are the owls hooting and the fish splashing in the creek. A perfect base for the Nature Coast - the manatees at Homosassa Springs State Park are only 10 minutes away, and Crystal River, Fort Island Trail, Ozello and Cedar Key are easy day trips. Highly recommended.

We came down to Florida for a family reunion and when I saw the house I wanted to spend all my time in it. I had no problems with negotiations, the house was fully stocked with everything you might nedd (except food) and the pool was glorious. I would gladly recommend this property to friends and family and if I have occasion to come back to this area I would rent it again. Attractions close by were a State Park/Manatee refuge area and access to the gulf which had swimming with th manatees. A couple hour drive brought us to Busch Gardens and the rest of the Tampa attractions. This is my first experience with home rental and it was a most positive one!!!
