  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with 5 families- 10 adults and 14 children. The house is very spread out and spacious, so it was easy for everyone to have their own space without feeling crowded. All areas of the home were well maintained, very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The outdoor areas are well furnished and we spent many nights on the front porch and on the rooftop deck. The pool is large for a rental home and the pool deck has plenty of space. My only complaints (and these are minor considering the overall experience) would be the wifi and the pool heat, both of which we had to call about during our stay because they were not working. Although our calls were responded to quickly, and very professionally, if you read back thru the reviews for the home these items are common complaints about this home. It would seem that a more permanent fix is needed. Manager responded on 4/20/2013: Aweigh From Home is the perfect oasis for large family gatherings and perfect for getting all the rest and relaxation you need! We are thrilled to hear you had such a wonderful time and that you loved the home as much as we do. We apologize for the inconvenience concerning the wifi and pool heater.   Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed Aweigh From Home. There were a few issues with the home as with any rental property. When we arrived the codes for the door didn't work and someone had to drive over from the management office to let us in. Turns out the batteries were dead in the lock. Upon entering the property the management representative discovered the cleaning was not quite up to par in a few areas and proceeded to touch up a few spots. During our stay there were several uninvited rodent quests inhabiting the house as well. Mouse droppings were in several of the bedrooms as well as the kitchen tables and TV areas. When we were ready to leave the Dishwasher wasn't working properly so after 2 attempts to use it we hand washed the dishes in the dishwasher so we could leave by checkout. We would definitely stay there again with a large group of people. I am assuming that the house doesn't rent that often because of the size and location which would explain some of the issues. It's a great place for large groups with kids!! Manager responded on 2/6/2013: Thank you for your review. There were some areas of the house that could use repair (bathrooms), the pool heat did not work, and we had some issues connecting to the Internet.   Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We felt very much like we were staying in someone's special home. Our daughter was married that weekend and it was a center of gathering for our family. We laughed cried sang and cooked our hearts out. There was EVERYTHING and more to meet our needs, especially in the kitchens. The only thing we didn't like was the alarm on the door by the pool. It was annoying, but we understand it is the law that it had to be there for insurance purposes. Thank you so much! The Wagner Family Manager responded on 11/10/2012: Congratulations! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We has several issues that came up during our stay. The most annoying experience is that at check in the main television cable was not working. We reported this problem at check in and the matter still was not resolved at the end of our stay. It was very disappointing because we got a a lot if rain during our stay. There was excuse after excuse why it was not fixed. We also had a very bad ant problem but that was resolved quickly. If only we could have been right on the beach but then we couldn't have afforded it!!! And there is no other pool as GREAT as ours!!!   Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not for a family with small children or handicap people This home although described as three levels is really more like 6 with the number of stairs. We had three small children, three older children and a child in a wheelchair. This made for a very exhausting vacation chasing them and carrying the chair up and down all of the stairs. We knew there would be some steps but the only way into the pool without waking the napping kids (as the pool alarmed door made a god awful sound - of course for good reason) was to walk down a whole flight of wooden steps. This home does offer seclusion if you have multiple families from a sleeping perspective. However there are really no shading blinds in the bedrooms so when the sun is up so are you. The living spaces for everyone to hang out in are very small!!!!! We had 14 people and were on top of each other. The tv's are very outdated. The kitchen was very well stocked except for good knives if you can pack them bring your own from home. Pool gets great sun all day long, however we had issues with the heater, but the rental agency was very gracious in handling our problems. We loved the area but would probably stay in Sea Side or Rosemary beach next time. The actual beach is very close, clean and beautiful water. The house is great for large families with plenty of rooms for everyone to have some quiet time, but still 2 living rooms for people to gather. One big thing you can park nine cars in front that is a big plus in this area. Can't say enough Royal Beach Rentals , they went above and beyond. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect house for entire family with grandkids. Can only imagine how good it would be with weather allowing use of the pool. If I had known that major construction was taking place next door ( additional 10 vehicles parked on our street, with loud constant noise and trash), I would have chosen some other location. The street side trash bin had large amounts of loose raw garbage present the entire time of our stay. The odor and appearance was a negative. Management was made aware and nothing was ever done. In spite of this, it was a great house and we would come again if these things were corrected. Manager responded on 1/7/2011: Thank you for letting us know of your recent stay at Aweigh From Home. We aplogolize again for the disturbance that you encountered with the construction of the home next door. As soon as you informed us of the issue, our maintenance director was there to make sure they controlled the noise and vehicles. The housekeeping crew was contacted to clean the garbage area and we were informed this was corrected, but it seems that it was not corrected to your expectations. We hope that you will try Royal Beach Rentals again for your next vacation so that we can make sure your stay is 100%.

The kitchens were so nicely stocked with plenty of large pots and serving dishes as well as ample amounts of plates and glasses. The upstair's great room had plenty of places so that all the 15 adults could sit down to eat and we even had room for the 9 little ones. Loved the new year's eve view of the fire works from the upper deck! Manager responded on 1/12/2010: Thanks for the great marks that you gave us on your comments.
