Located in one of the most popular areas in Falmouth, our home is on a cul-de-sac just one-tenth mile from Surf Drive Beach. It is a flat walk to the beach, quick and easy. You'll appreciate the sun from the southeast exposure. It invites you to start your day with a cup of coffee on the deck or end your day relaxing with your favorite book. Our house is renovated and well maintained, we want you to feel comfortable. Use the lobster pot, get your favorite drink, put your feet up.... it's your vacation. Don't worry about the sand from the beach, we have an enclosed outside shower with hot water for rinsing off.
House has two separate units if you need more room. Each unit has 2 bedrooms (1 Queen, 3 Twins), bath, living room and eat in kitchen. The pictures are a combination of each unit.
You'll like our convenient location. Swim or sunbathe at beach, bike ride on the Shining Sea Bike Path to Woods Hole. An easy walk (less than a mile) to historic Falmouth Village. Enjoy the quaint shops, restaurants and ice cream.
You can even walk to a game at Guv Fuller Field, home of the Cape Cod Baseball League's Falmouth Commodores. How about following the infamous Falmouth Road Race route beginning in Woods Hole and ending in Falmouth Heights. Enjoy a sunset dinner on the Harbor watching the boats go by. Golf or shop. Ferry to islands. Falmouth has so much to offer and it's all close by.

I had the pleasure of occupying this property as an off season rental, and I can only imagine how much better it would be in the summertime. Excellent location; short walk to the beach, close to the bike trail, and a nice walk to the best traditional "down town" on the Cape! Martha's Vineyard is within sight from the beach, and you could easily bike to the ferry for a day trip. I found the landlords easy to work with, quick to respond, and outstanding in their business dealing with me. I miss the place already!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

This was a wonderful summer rental, short walk to the beach, very clean and fresh inside with great outdoor deck. Everything you need for a summer vacation. We will be back next year!

My family and I have been traveling to Falmouth for many years. We usually stay at a time share but it was not avaiable this year. We found this house on line and booked it. It is very close to where we usually stay. It is bright and clean and just a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

We loved the area. It was exactly what was described. Lots of room for a family of 4 and close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, close to the center or town, and clean. We will return again next year. If it's hot, you're going to need some fans, but once you relax in the deck you'll chill right out!

Really enjoyed our stay....The unit was well maintained, very clean and fully equipped. All the rooms were airy and comfortable including the bathroom. THe large deck off the kitchen was very accommodating. No need for a car to get to the beach... just a walk down the street ... Looking forward to our next stay. Tom & Marie
