Awesome Views, Model Home, wonderful beds and perfect for the entrire family. We brought our entire family ranging from 92 year old grandmother, parents, and children ages 19 to 10 and every one was happy! Now that isn't easy to do! Love the seperate downstairs bedroom for our grandmother and double beds in second bedroom is the perfect setup for our family!Recommended for: Families with young children.

As noted by previous reviews, the house has spectacular views of the sunset over the marsh. There was a spring tide during our stay that filled the marsh with water at sunset making it look like we were ocean front. We enjoyed the view with cocktails on both the lower and upper screened in decks. The house was very well furnished and comfortable for our family of 5. The location made it easy for us to bring and use our boat that we docked in the marina. It is also just a short golf cart ride to the beach. The owner was very helpful with any needs that we had, ensuring that everything was taken care of. Our only suggestion for improvement would be a more up to date television in the living room. Fripp is a wonderful place to vacation that we have been to many times. We enjoyed cooking fresh local shrimp in the kitchen and eating the strawberries we picked just a short distance away.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had the luxury of staying in this wonderful home for 2 weeks! It was more than we expected. Great beds, beautiful sunsets, a quick walk to the pool and Bonita Boat House restaurant, quick golf cart ride to the beach and golf course and of course the deer! Having beach lovers, fishing/crabbing lovers and golf lovers in the family everyone got what they wanted!! Property was very nicely decorated (felt like we woke up in a model home every morning!), pictures don't do it the justice it deserves! Owner was very accomodating. This is a must stay-at-property - you won't be disappointed! We'll definately stay here again and if we get the chance to ever go to Costa Rica we'll stay in the owner's other property for sure!
