Carova Beach house description
This 7500 square foot oceanfront home offers luxury, ocean views and ample space for family reunions, corporate retreats or weddings. In the outer banks of North Carolina, and situated on the wonderfully unique four-wheel drive Beaches, Mermaid's Reef offers vacationing friends and families the opportunity to enjoy time together on the coast without the distractions of a bustling neighborhood environment.
The northern-most community of the four-wheel drive Beaches, Carova Beach is approximately eight miles from the beach access ramp and stretches north for about three miles to the Virginia border. Nearby, before you get to the beach access ramp, is Corolla, North Carolina, which offers plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
While there are no roads, restaurants, or shops in Carova Beach, North Carolina, what you will find is a breathtakingly beautiful and vast shoreline, roaming wild horses and a positively ideal vacation environment.

Loved this house
Loved this house
This house surpassed my expectations. For the first time renting a beach home, I was in charge of finding a home that could accomodate 21 and an infant comfortably. This home was more spacious then we could of asked for. Our children had their own game room to play in and enjoed themselves for hours. the dorm couldn't of been a better place to have 7 teenage girls sleep and we never heard them once through the night. The pool side bar was a great place to lounge around while the kids swam and the pool deck had plenty of room for all of us to sunbathe when we were not on the beach. Cooking was easy in the kitchen and on the grill, and the added mini kitchen off the pool worked out great. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back renting this home again in 2012.
