New rental opportunity for the spring of 2008 is a knotty pine cottage that sleeps nine comfortably and includes many desirable amenities. The three bedroom one and a half bathroom* cottage has a 20 by 25 foot deck that affords views of the dunes that lie just before the sandy shores of Lake Michigan. Private lake access is available from the deck along with a huge fenced in front lawn with private patio. In addition, dune views are available from a porch swing or through sliding glass doors in the spacious Florida room. *There is an additional bathroom in the basement, providing shower facilities after a day at the beach. Renters will find numerous activities both on and off the water. In addition to its close location to the beach, the Colfax cottage is four blocks from the Michigan City Zoo and Washington Park, a mile from the Blue Chip Casino, and a mile and a half from the Lighthouse Outlet Mall.
