This condominum features an indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool with a large deck and attached wading pool with interactive fountains. Also included is a state of the art fitness center with sauna, two plazma TV's and sitting area. Unit 1903 is extremely well appointed with a 42" Flat Panel LCD T.V. in the Living Room, video/music libraries and board games, etc. There is nothing you need but beach towels and you.
This luxurious unit features 2 bedrooms (MBR with walk-in closet and GBR), also a bunkroom with twin Captain's bed with trundle underneath (no closet), plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is extremely well equipped featuring stainless appliances and granite countertops, a large laundry/utility room with full size washer and dryer, tile floors in the foyer, kitchen and baths with carpet in the living area and bedrooms.
Seawind is located just east of the intersection of Highway 59 and Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores and it sits directly on the beach. It is also close to all the attractions in southern Baldwin County.

Why the Owner Chose Seawind
I have two young children and they both love the beach. I looked at a lot of different buildings in the Gulf Shores area and decided I wanted to be in SEAWIND. When this unit came available for sale and after seeing how well outfitted and furnished the unit was I made the decision to buy. SEAWIND is located in a location that makes everything convenient and the beaches are great!!!!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I personally enjoy having this unit on the beach as all my kids and I have to do is walk out the back of the building and on to the beach. If we forget our beach toys we walk across the street to the local surf shop. Having restaurants within walking distance is great. If you are a coffee drinker and forget your coffee don't worry there is a Waffle House across the street. When I stay at the unit I only bring me, beach towels and coffee!!!

We stayed for Labor day weekend and although the weather was not very cooperative the condo more than made up for the rain. Well equipped and has a beautiful view. The owner was also very helpful with setting up our evening arrival. The property is ideally located near shops and restaraunts, Would definitely reccommend.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for our anniversary weekend. The location was perfect for riding bikes and walking distance form great bars and restaurants. We also enjoyed the amazing view and it was nice to relax on the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from the 19th floor. There are two separate pools, one is for children and the other is more quiet with mostly adults. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the owner goes above and beyond to make stay perfect. We would definitely recommend this condo!

My family had a wonderful Gulf Shores vacation. #117097 was the perfect place for us to stay. This condo definitely met our expectations, and the owner made the rental process painless. We have a teenage daughter and two younger sons. Everyone was very happy there. The view is awesome, even better than we expected! It was neat having the view of the city as well as the ocean, especially at night. Our sons recommend digging for shells underneath the deck of the Sea and Suds. They found several treasures to take home!

We just spent the 4th of July in this condo and we had the best seat in town for the fireworks! The balcony looks directly to the State Park pier and we had an amazing view! The condo is super clean and comfortable. Our two kids loved the trundle beds! The pools are perfect for small children. We loved being right in the heart of Gulf Shores. We parked our car at the condo and walked everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend Sea n Suds for lunch/breakfast! The Hangout was a lot of fun and they too have great food and family friendly entertainment. The only complaints I have about the condo are with the Seawind facility (not with the condo itself). The first issue is with the elevators. Being on the 19th floor you definitely do NOT want to take the stairs. There are only 2 elevators in the building and being the 4th of July weekend we sometimes had to wait 10 minutes to get an elevator. I honestly don't know why this building doesn't have more elevators. The second issue we had was with one of the Seawind guards. We were awoken in the middle of the night by a security guard banging on the door. He simply wanted to let us know that the COA didn't allow sand toys to be left at the front door. My daughter left a sand bucket next to the door when we came in that night. For the life of me I cannot understand why he woke the entire family up at midnight to let us know this. Surely he could have left a note for us to find in the morning. That being said, everything else about our stay was PERFECT! As long as you don't leave anything by the front door and you have patience with the elevator, you will have a wonderful time! The owner was very helpful and we will definitely stay with him in this unit again!!!

We just finished our stay at Seawind and didn't want to leave. It was an amazing place to stay. There were 4 adults and 2 children and plenty of room for all of us. My girls LOVED the Captains Bed with the pull out trundle, they thought that was totally amazing. The pools are great and the kids area is wonderful too. We are planning another trip again in August for my youngest daughter birthday and can't wait to get back done there. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody. Mr. Cameron is so great and easy to deal with.

We had a wonderful time for Spring Break. Our teen-age boys LOVED being able to walk to the hang-out! And I was glad to keep them off the roads. I wanted you to know we had a WONDERFUL time at the beach. Your condo is just perfect. The kids all had their own beds and tv's to enjoy while we rested up after each trip to the beach and pool. The views where amazing. Everything was so clean and the decor was beautiful and functional. We loved the convenience of being so close to all the attractions and we were able to walk to the pier, Sea n Suds and The Hangout. It was also very convenient not having to go pick up our key at another location, and not having check in and check out times. I told my husband we were going to use your condo every trip if it was available! Thanks so much!

a last minute trip down for a few nights with 2 adults and 5 kids. it was a PERFECT place for us. easy access to the beach, pool, and a great work out area. the kitchen was FULLY stocked with pots/pans/blender - whatever you may need. i would definitely stay here again. the view is amazing -- you will not be disapointed. sea n suds next door (literally) has a FABULOUS breakfast for cheap! and we also ate there for dinner - it was a perfect vacation -- and mostly due to the place. thanks to Mike for making it so easy!!!

Thank you so much for renting your condo to us, we had an awesome 1st family trip to the beach. This will be a trip we never forget, as our little guy turned "1" while we were there. Upon arriving we were blown away by how beautiful the condo and view were. The pictures did good at giving an idea but nothing like the actual seeing the condo. The condo was very clean and we felt safe letting our little ones crawl around on the floors. We enjoyed being very close to everything, we definitely would return in the future to this condo.
