  First and foremost Mike is a delight to work with. Very responsive. The condo is absolutely fantastic and the pictures posted are very representative. Location is a big plus. The view from the balcony, which is very spacious is AWESOME !!! We could have sat there forever !!!! Thank you Mike for sharing your vacation home. I highly recommend renting and staying at this condo. We will be back !!!

  this condo was well furnished with everything needed. It was clean and the owner was very pleasant and easy to work with. Looking foward to returning to the condo unit again in near future. Would recomment this unit to my friends and family.

  Condo was great, plenty of linens and kitchen essentials. Mike was fabulous to work with, quick to respond and he gave us the best deal for SeaWind condo's. We will be returning in October for Shrimp Fest and look forward to our next beach stay at this unit. Thanks for everything and see you soon!

  Love this condo!! The view was amazing. This is our second time at Seawind, but the first time in this condo. Mike was easy to communicate with and quick with responses. We will definitely stay here again.

  Enjoyed our 2 month winter vacation which is. our 5th in this unit. Nicely equipped kitchen. Everything you would need. Breathtaking sunrises from very comfortable interior and balcony. Office of building management very helpful even though renting thru VRBO. Mike has always been very helpful with making our stay enjoyable. Already looking forward to our 6th winter vacation in this unit. WISCONSIN SNOWBIRDS

  My husband and our friends had a wonderful few days (not long enough) in this very nice condo. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped! The beds were also very comfortable. The view from the balcony is wonderful!!! Mike is very prompt with response! Seawind is in a great location. We will stay in this unit again! Hopefully soon!!!

  Stayed here for 4 days and couldn't have been happier. Condo was clean and comfortable, and much larger than we expected. It has everything you need except personal items. It's located in a really great location too, within walking distance of several great places to eat and drink. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

  This rental property made our visit to the Gulf Shores a very relaxing and fulfilled week during our stay. Everything that we possible needed was provided in the condo. The view was great, we enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and watching the dolphins play in the ocean. Excellent restraunts were close by and the emenities offered at Seawind were excellent. I look forward to my next stay at Seawind.

  Our family stayed in Mike's condo this past 4th of July week and had a great time. This condo is a great place to watch the fireworks - my kids are still talking about it! We had 4 adults and 2 kids in the condo and it was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone and everything was very clean and in great shape. The kids pool was very much enjoyed by my 2.5 and 4.5 yr old and we liked the convenience of having a restaurant right there beside us on the beach and the surf shop and waffle house right across the street - no need to get in the car if you didn't feel like it. We liked the location, the property was great and the condo is wonderful! Just bring your clothes and a couple of beach towels - the rest is already there for you!
