Enjoy the beautiful view from the covered balcony or the counter height gathering table in the dining room. Casual elegance with a nautical flair, this brand new condo is owned by Pensacola's Mayor and his artist wife whose original watercolors compliment the tastefully decorated coastal decor.

This condominum features an indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool with a large deck and attached wading pool with interactive fountains. Also included is a state of the art fitness center with sauna, two plazma TV's and sitting area. Unit 1903 is extremely well appointed with video/music libraries and board games, etc.

This luxurious unit features 2 bedrooms (MBR with walk-in closet and GBR), also a bunkroom with twin Captain's bed with trundle underneath (no closet), plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
