Quaint New England Cottage located on Green Hill Pond. Quiet, private natural setting, home to many bird species native to the area. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun rise on a spacious deck directly overlooking the pond in this peaceful setting.

Central to many local attractions including all beaches, seasonal events such as the Charlestown Seafood Festival, the Blessing of the Fleet, Apple Circus, Charlestown Flea Market and others. South 15 minutes takes you to Watch Hill, a gorgeous seaport with shops and fabulous restaurants. North 15 minutes takes you to the Narraganset/Galilee fishing port. Here you may take the Block Island Ferry or sample some fresh seafood from some of Rhode Island's oldest resturants.

From the house with your private boat, take a short trip to a private beach or out the Charlestown Breachway for fishing and other water activities.

A complimentary beach pass to South Kingstown Town Beach in Matunuck is provided.

View/Location	Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: Located directly on Green Hill Pond. We provide a small row boat for paddling. Pond directly connects to the ocean by a short sand bridge. Additional pictures available on request.
