Located at the beach in the Seascape Resort, Ariel Dunes offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as magnificent views across the golf course to the Choctowatchee Bay.
Ariel Dunes has two enormous pools (which total in excess of 11,000 square feet) with large deck areas and plush landscaping. As an added benefit, one of the pools is heated and features an overflowing hot tub.

This fully furnished, one-bedroom, one and a half bath unit is on the 23rd floor, features nine-foot ceilings, ceramic tile and plush carpet flooring, raised panel kitchen cabinetry and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel GE Profile appliances which includes a 26-inch side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, can opener and toaster for optimum convenience.
The unit is professionally decorated and has many upgrades. The dining area has a large bar top with four bar stools. The living room features a large sleeper sofa, a chair and coffee table. A large flat screen HD TV with DVD player. A large eight-foot sliding glass door opens from the living room to the patio and offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with dresser and night stands, Flat Screen LCD TV/DVD player, clock radio and closet. This room includes a private vanity and toilet and access to the full bathroom which is also accessed from the hall way. The view from the bedroom is equally impressive as a look from the window will offers a wonderful view across the Seascape Golf course and out to the Choctowatchee Bay. The unit also includes a full size washer and dryer.
The resort area features an 18-hole championship golf course with pro shop, convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder-white sand and emerald green water, eight tennis courts, five additional pools, on-site conference center, several fresh water lakes, beach service, Whales Tail Beach Bar and Grill - seaside dining and live entertainment (easily accessible by a stroll across the boardwalk over one of the several lakes), water sports rentals and magnificent shopping at the nearby Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
