Your family will enjoy our home on a quiet cul-de-sac with only nine houses. Relax on the deck or in the outside shower - in the large private back yard, surrounded by wooded area. It's a short 4 mile drive to the Dennis bayside beaches or Ocean beaches, historic Rt. 6a shops and Children's theatre are nearby; convenient to Rt. 134 shopping and bike trail; and Rt. 28 Dennisport shops are also a short drive.
Enjoy the quality of our high quality home - raised panel doors, Anderson windows, dining area with slider to deck, large kitchen, tiled kitchen, dining area and bathrooms; partially finished basement: with sitting area, second cable TV and slider to side yard; and landscaped yard with sprinkler system. All beds/furnishings are new (3 years old).
Please note that due to the economic downturn we have reduced our rental rate to $1,200.00.
