We love this condo and know you will, too! We have completely remodeled and furnished it to be bright, fresh, light and cheerful. The view of the white sand beach and the picture perfect blue water just steps beyond the pool, and the sound of the waves lapping on the shore as you fall asleep with the bedroom windows open, are all part of the beauty of this condo!
You'll be able to relax and enjoy the view of waves on the white sand beach, palm trees and beautiful sunsets from your private balcony. Our two bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo will provide you with a vacation or snowbird getaway of your dreams!
You’re sure to take many memories from the private lanai/balcony – whether it’s of meals at sunset, afternoons watching the playful dolphins swim along the shoreline, a cup of coffee after a morning stroll collecting sand dollars, quiet times curled up on a lounge chair with a good book or even a luxurious nap! We know you’ll enjoy your visit!
An airy and expansive living-dining area overlooks the lanai/balcony with its fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The newly remodeled kitchen features white cabinets and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances and includes complete selection of utensils, stemware and kitchenware.
The master bedroom with luxurious king-size bed, tv, and windows overlooking the Gulf. The master bath includes newly remodeled bath with marble walk-in shower. You can fall asleep to the sound of waves if you want to sleep with open windows.
The second bedroom with twin beds includes walk-in closet, tv, and private newly tiled full bath with granite countertops. Also available upon request is a Pack-n-Play porta-crib.
Step outside of the condo to the private grounds and you’re ready to enjoy Naples' Continental Club resort-like atmosphere! You’ll enjoy the large heated pool with surrounding deck chairs. Outdoor cooking and dining are easy with gas BBQ Grills and tables with umbrellas and chairs. If you prefer shade, the "Tiki Hut" provides shade for picnics and more chaise lounge chairs. The Shuffleboard Court is also entertaining. Most popular are the chaise lounges on the pool deck right at the edge of the sandy beach. Endless strolls up and down the white sand beach (described as the best beach in Naples), looking for shells or watching the dolphins - all this await you just outside the condo!
You’ll get to know the 24 hour front desk security staff who will greet you each time you return. Plus the friendly condo neighbors, many of whom live here year round, and the other guests renting condos all make this a safe, caring, comfortable community to be part of. As you step out of the Continental Club condo - you can walk along walking paths to the Venetian Village with its shopping and restaurants overlooking the Bay. Other adventures you may seek out include shelling, golf, nature watching, biking, fishing, bird watching, boating even parasailing can all be part of your adventures. As you stay right in the condo you’ll find a library offering books, music,and free Wifi connection, a sauna room and exercise room, plus ping pong table and indoor mail room all add to the Continental Club amenities. Our unit includes an assigned parking place near the front entrance, close proximity to one of the 4 elevators, a TV in the living room as well as in both bedrooms, a collection of menus from local restaurants, maps and sightseeing info.
Our two bedroom unit with two full baths is conveniently located on the 4th floor. The unit is air conditioned and fully furnished right down to the wine glasses. Cleaning staff is available if you wish to engage their services during your stay. Maximum occupancy of six (including babies), but if you have friends or family visiting, you may want to check availability of the one bedroom, one bath, kitchen unit that is available for rent only for visitors of current guests. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets are allowed.

This was our first stay in Naples and hopefully it won't be our last. We absolutely LOVED staying in the condo. The view from the balcony was beautiful... the sound of the ocean while falling asleep every night was sheer pleasure. The entire family had a great time playing in the ocean, swimming in the pool and just relaxing. Our girls were having such a good time that they decided they'd rather stay at the condo and play in the pool than go to the water park! The close proximity to the beach from the unit made strolling along the beach in the evenings a pleasurable experience for the entire family. Every person we met was pleasant and entertaining. Our kids had several children to play with and we always felt very safe with other families looking out for our kids as well as their own. The staff members at the Continental Club were friendly and accomodating. Not only was this particular unit quite nicely outfitted and clean... but the entire building was exceptionally maintained. We made good use of the library... borrowing and returning quite a few books. The workout room was quite nice and allowed my wife and myself the opportunity to try and keep off the pounds from eating a bit more than usual while on vacation. The grills provided by the club were quite nice and were spotless. Each morning they had a crew of employees that cleaned the grounds and scrubbed the grills. If you are the type that doesn't like to cook while on vacation... there are plenty of restaurants close by and shopping galore. There are plenty of upscale stores and everyday shopping centers to please just about everyone's taste and budget. We are so very pleased that we had to opportunity to stay at this condo and hope that we will be able to set things up so that we can stay again next year... and the year after... and the year after. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

What a perfect Mom's get-away we had together. Your condo is so comfortable and beautifully decorated. We truly felt like we were in paradise! We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai as well as the chaise lounges on the pool deck overlooking the beach.

What a fantastic time we had. The beach is so unbelievably beautiful. Our daughter had a great time dolphin watching and shell hunting. I've decided Naples is the place to be in Florida. What a great town!
