The "Real Deal" is a large second floor, corner condominium, located in a turn of the century Victorian home which was converted to a guest house years ago. The accommodations offer a spacious bedroom with a King bed and a Queen pull out sofa in the living area.
This treasure has a wrap-around porch overlooking the pool on one side and off the front you can observe Southard Street's comings and goings while sipping your favorite libation. You'll feel like a local here.
The fully equipped kitchen, with, of course, the essential blender, should accommodate all your needs and was completly remodeled in August '07. Fausto's grocery is only 2 short blocks away.
The heated pool invites you to relax and rejuvenate. Read a book, get some sun or just chat with old and new friends.
