We were here for Christmas and New Years. Condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The property is imaculate and very well maintained.Judith was easy to reach and very helpful. Only 5 minutes to the grocery store and 5 miles to Lahaina. We loved it here and will definately be back. We will never stay anywhere but here.

We would love to thank you Judith for sharing your beautiful home in Maui. We felt at home soon as we stepped foot through the door. It was such a lovely stay, from the mesmerizing sunsets, the beach, the trees, sweet sounds of tropical birds, the drives and best of all the Pacific ocean which we hold dear to my heart. We will be back without a doubt!

The picture i got while on this trim were unbelivable. i could simply snap a shot for the lani or go to the beach. What i loved about the beachfront was you about had it all to yourself. You could dine at some of the best restruants i have ever eaten at or you could eat there at the condo. the place was clean and well kept. This was very reasonable and everyone involved was very friendly i would recommend this to anyone who was looking for a great maui vacation. if you like snorkeling you can do it in the back yard

Wonderful Hawaiian holiday

We stayed here in March for 10 days and had a wonderful holiday. The condo suited us (2 adults/2 small children) very well. We preferred that it was a small complex - the grounds were very well-maintained, the pool was terrific and the beach just steps away. While you can't sit down on the beach on your towel, there is a sandy area within the grounds which was better for us as we didn't have to worry about the water while the girls built sandcastles. The beach does, however, give you safe and easy access for snorkelling (huge turtles were just off the north edge of the beach). The pictures are a true reflection of the accommodation and the views. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone that wants a beachfront vacation spot. We were there during the March tsunami evacuation. The property manager was terrific, ensuring that we knew what needed to be done and the owner generously refunded a night since we spent it in the car. Most unexpected, and most appreciated.

Pictures can be decieving

Made the mistake of renting this unit in September, TINY UNIT, NO CENTRAL AC "after being told it had new central ac", and for the beach , Maybe a 5ft beach when the tide is out!, the view from the condo is limited since the unit is maybe 20 ft wide so you are looking out a regular sliding door, checked in and left the same day, ate the cost and moved to a hotel!!!!

Owner response:When this complaint was made, I was stunned since I have not had a complaint in the four years my unit has been a vacation rental, and it has been booked year round. I told this man before he booked that the unit was 750 sq. ft. which he acknowledged upon his arrival, but now considered too small. At no time did I state there was central air, only that there are no "window" air cond units, as stated on the website. I told him the inside wall unit cools the entire condo, which it does, and that it was installed two years prior. He says he "ate" the cost??? I refunded two nights which was generous since the couple he brought with him stayed the entire time. The view is in no way "limited"; it is most definitely 180 degrees encompassing the islands of Lanai and Molokai. His criticism of the view and the beach after walking into the unit for a minute was most stunning since they are so beautiful. As for the pictures being deceiving, I took every picture myself, and they depict exactly the way the condo, the grounds, and the beach look at all times.

Recommended for:Age 55+.

Hoyochi Nikko is our favorite place to stay on Maui!

We've stayed here every February for the last 3 years (and we're planning another trip next year) and cannot recommend this condo highly enough. Beautifully furnished, quiet but friendly complex. Gorgeous views. Priced very fairly. And the owner is great to work with.
