Beautiful hand made picket fences with arched entry gates. Deck overlooking the stream that runs through the entire grounds for sunbathing, reading, or a relaxing glass of wine. Also a large courtyard with beautiful custom brick work. A wonderful garden of hydrangea's, fuchsia and English garden perennials. Lots of squirrels to watch in the Walnut, Filbert and Fig trees.
The neighborhood is lined with 100+ year old trees! Walking distance to restaurants, Willamette University, Capitol Buildings, and down town area. Close to Churches and Bus lines. Walk to neighborhood parks. Also a great place for family gatherings, small weddings & meetings. One mile from the Salem hospital, for those families that need to be close to their loved one in the hospital. Great for Parents visiting Student/Parents events at the Willamette University.
