Deck w/ chairs & view of beach.The cathedral ceiling and fireplace in the main living area adds character to the spacious, 1500-square-foot, Condo.
The location is convenient, only one and a half blocks from the beach and boardwalk, and two blocks from the New Convention center.
The Doo-Wop live Bands play Every Sunday nite FREE... at Fox Park Located 1 block from our Home.
There is a TV & remote control with cable located, in each bedroom plus the family room has Conviently installed DVD and CD player.
Movie rentals, and grocery stores located within walking distance.
All you need to bring are your own sheets and towels.
We can provide 10 bikes, boogie boards ,beach chairs & umbrella's if needed.
Under no circumstances, will there be any Grilling or barbeque in or around the building.
NO Proms & NO Senior week need inquire.
Must be 25 years of age to complete contract.
SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED ! $450.00
Returned upon inspection within 30 -40days

We are Close to The Convention Center where there are many events held weekly.Free festivals and Live bands at Fox park.Every year our family comes together to have a reunion the last week of August.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Every morning we ride Bikes,up to th north end with a cup of coffee,sit and watch the sunrise. Go Surfing ,boogie board,and take long walks on the beach or the boardwalk.
The Convention Center is 1.5 blocks from our House.Home Of Many Concerts and Events!

We had a lovely time with our family and friends,we had great weather. Took long walks on the boardwalk at nite, we saw the fireworks on friday nite .Music by the tribute band Changes in latitudes all day in Fox park on sunday.Awesome beach too !

I've just stayed at our Home this weekend, We had really great weather,The Kids went to the Zoo nearby and there was a gymnastic event the younger girls saw at the convention center,THe House was really nice and clean, The rooms were recenlty painted a very cosy warm colors, We took bike rides each day on the boards. Lots of Sun and Fun, We are so thankful for our home,and welcome all renters to have fun and enjoy themselver this Summer!! Summer 2009 Here We Come! ! !
