This newly-renovated, reverse-living unit with central air conditioning has two bedrooms on the first floor, separated by a jack-and-jill full bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed; the second bedroom has a new bunkbed and trundle bed (room sleeps four). Upstairs, you will find a full eat-in-kitchen, comfortable living room with two new leather couches (one with a queen sleeper sofa), half-bath and washer & dryer.
Enjoy morning coffee or a barbecue and drinks with your friends on the huge wrap-around deck with water views. Two off-street reserved parking spaces. Outdoor shower right outside our door.
Superb, family-friendly location right near shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Supermarket, movie theater, ice cream and great restaurants within easy walking distance. Lifeguard stand right on our beach block. Beach badges provided.

Why the Owner Chose Brighton Beach
Brighton Beach is very family friendly. Close enough to shops and restaurants, but a quieter beach than Beach Haven. Quiet condo complex with only 7 units

The condo was everything the owner said it was and more. This is the corner unit which gives you more room and a beautiful outdoor deck (which none of the other units have). My family and I had a wonderful time there and we are looking forward to going back. The pictures of the property are acurate, however the condo is actually larger than what it appears to be in the pictures, which was great because I had three kids sharing a bedroom and there was plenty of room for all of them. The condo was very clean and well-maintained and the owner was wonderful to deal with. We were able to walk to the beach which was a big plus. There is also a bar/restaurant called Kubel's which is kid friendly right across the street as well as Pinky's seafood which was right next door to us on the right and Acme bike rental to the left. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives without hesitation. You won't be disappointed. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. See you next year.

Good mid-LBI location....short walk to both ocean and bay (both with lifeguards). Very clean townhome and excellent, prompt, and very helpful communication from owners. Nice 2nd floor outside deck for relaxing.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

It was a pleasure staying at this clean and well maintained condo. The location is perfect for a family or group of friends who want to be near the beach and local activites. The owner went out of his way to ensure that our week at his condo was awesome and I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants to feel at home while at the shore.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
