This warm and inviting home has a unique floor plan with the great room and master bedroom suite located on the second floor to maximize the view. The great room has a living/sitting area, dining area, and a brand new kitchen complete with granite countertops and Jenn-Aire range with grill and griddle inserts. Two triple sliding glass doors lead out to the covered deck with patio set for al fresco dining.

The master bedroom also has a triple sliding glass doors to the deck. The Master bath has a double shower and double sinks. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed, one with two twin beds, a bath with tub/shower and an extra room for home office or similar use, each with access to a covered deck through double sliding glass doors.

The home is located in exclusive Xanadu by the Sea and has a feeling of complete privacy as the living space is oriented toward the wild park area directly behind the house which includes broad park vistas and a distant view of the historic Jupiter Lighthouse.

The open ocean where there is shelling, surf fishing, sail surfing, swimming and other water activities is 100 yards away. Carlin Park (see link) is a similar distance and has many amenities for family fun. Birding opportunities abound in the area and there are many local championship golf courses and cultural activities. There are many restaurants in all price ranges and excellent shopping nearby.   • We spent a lovely 2 weeks at this very nice home. It's in a gated community that has a KEY West feel to it. All the beds were very comfortable. Sheets were great(didn't feel like polyester variety that you find sometimes at rentals) The kitchen was nice and open. We were feeding up to 12 from time to time because we had family there and everyone felt very comfortable There were enough utensils etc. for everyone. The decks/balconies that go all around the house catch very nice breezes. We had a nice time sitting out there in the morning and evening(and this was in August) Wonderfully tiled throughot except the bedrooms. Beach was a 5 min walk away. A big dog lovers area. The beach closest tothe house allows dogs. If that doesn't suit you all you have to is walk another 5 min towards Carlin Park where none are allowed. The owners have beach chairs, sand toys and umbrellas for your use. Anything you could possibly need is 5 minutes or less away (supermarket, restaurants, surf shop, par 3 golf course, movie theater).
