Treat yourselves to this beautiful 4 story home that provides 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms with its own private gated pool area. Every bedroom has its own 32in. or larger flat screen tv. It has granite countertops throughout the home and large porches with awesome views off of every room upstairs. The sandy white beaches are only a 3 1/2 minute walk away...

The first floor has three bedrooms and a mini living room/kitchenette. The first two rooms share a hall bath and have two sets of bunk beds.(The two bunk bedrooms can be converted to queen bedrooms for only $150.00 service fee per converted room.) The other room has a queen size bed and a private bathroom. This floor also has an outside pool shower and a gas grill where you can cook while you're surrounded by tropical landscaping. There is also a large capacity front load washer and dryer located on this floor.

The second floor has one bedroom, gourmet kitchen, and living room. The bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar area. The dining room table seats up to 10 people. There is also a small table that will seat 4 people.
The living room has lots of comfortable seating and a 55 inch plasma tv. Also off of the living room is a wrap around porch with nice views. There is a powder room to serve the living and dining area.

On the third floor enjoy the two master suites. Each has a king size bed with walk-in closets and beautiful bathrooms equipped with large whirlpool tubs, walk-in showers, and double sinks. Plus large flat screen tvs. This floor has the second large capacity front load washer and dryer. Plus it has a powder bath for the tower level.

The fourth floor is the look out tower. You can see the gulf of Mexcio and the nice surrounding area. It has a wet bar, sleeper sofa, and a 42in plasma tv. Come and enjoy this gorgeous home!

Ask about combining with our adjacent property, Tropical Oasis II, to accomodate a total of 35 people. Great for family reunions! Has it's own heated pool.

  • We brought 6 couples to Destin from our church life group this past weekend. We had never been in October before but the weather was fantanstic! We will be coming back in October again. We go as a group every year and have recently had lots of additions (kids) to our already large group. This year we choose to leave the little ones behind and have a couples only get away. This house was perfect for us. The owners converted the rooms so that we could all have at least a queen bed in our own private bedrooms. This was great because in the past one couple has always had to sleep on bunk beds, but not this year. We couldnt have asked for a better designed home and everything was very well decorated. The pool was great and the guys in our group had a fun pool volleyball tournament while we were there. We are an active group and so things like this are fun for us. We were able to walk to dinner one night, which was great since the weather was perfect. We even cooked at the house one night on the large grille that was provided. Hopefully, we will get to stay in the house again and either way, I will be recommending this home to other friends and relatives.

  • We decided to put up our entire wedding party of 15 guests in the Frangista Beach Mansion. When everyone arrived they went on and on about how luxurious everything was and how lucky they were to be able to stay in such a nice place for the weekend. My husband and I were so happy with how much room and privacy we had yet we were able to be with our wedding party for the few days we were there. The pool area was a perfect setup since the beaches were closed while we were there. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner out by the pool and in the main dining area which gave plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. I must say that everyone had such a good time and loved the decor/amenities so much that we are talking about scheduling group trips each year and staying here. The beds were the most comfortable beds that I have slept in in my entire life- and now I want to buy whatever mattresses that you use. We cannot thank you enough for everything and would reccommend this house to anyone! It was nothing less than AMAZING!
