The circular glass dining room offers a superb ocean view and has a custom made table and chairs with seating for 10. Topped by a fabulous brick cupola with spectacular indirect lighting as well as a skylight, this dining room will make all of your meals memorable.
A separate media room with Queen sleeper sofa and full bath is available for additional sleeping capacity and to entertain the kids with their own TV, Stereo, DVD player, and video games. In addition, there is also a Maid's Quarters with private entrance, bathroom, and sitting area which makes this the perfect property for those traveling with their personal staff.
The furnished patio has its own full ocean view and includes a very private jacuzzi spa as well as a beautiful built in gas BBQ grill.

Villa Nirvana is the perfect name for this place!!!!! Every room was exactly as described...ocean view, bathroom. You couldn't ask for a more functional place for a large group. We had planned some day trips after golf, but never went anywhere...there was no reason to leave such a great place! I was worried that the photos and description might be overblown and that we'd be disappointed. However, it's even more amazing then what you see in the photos! Our group hopes to be coming back on a yearly basis.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway.

my golf group just came back from a weekend at this beautiful home and want to share our rave review. what a gorgeous home! absolutely perfect for a group of golfers or couples seeking a retreat. the home has all the amenities you'd want. the view is spectacular. and everything was set up just as the owners said it would be. i would highly recommend this home to anyone considering bajamar!

Every bedroom was a gorgeous sweet... including it's own ocean view balcony. We brought plenty of food and the kitchen was in good working order. The deck does have a large umbrella, but you should bring several of your own as their isn't any shade and the sunny days are brutal. If you golf and want a deal, wait until after 3p.m. The course is challenging and very well maintained. No pool at the house, but a short walk gets you to the community pool and tennis courts. Their is a fantastic restaurant at the club house.. the Sunday brunch is not to be missed. Clean house... I mean really clean. Lot's of fluffy towels, beach towels and a laundry! So next year we won't need to bring a full weeks worth of clothes or any towels. Yippe!! The ice maker does not work, but it's a short trip to town to get ice. We took in Rosarito, Puerto Nuevo, Ensinada and a Wine Country drive. We drive our own vehicles... I would not recommend this house if you don't have a car. We had 5 couples sharing this house. Plenty of privacy for all!!!

This is a wonderful Million dollar view at this estate like home. The house has great space for several couples and the extended family; yet give all the privacy in the multiple bedrooms. I was just looking at pictures from our February stay and had to make a quick comment about this fantastic property. The house is beautiful. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipted. The views are unbelievable. The owners wonderful. We will be back next year and I can't wait.

Our extended family gathered over Christmas to celebrate our Mom's 80th Birthday at the lovely Villa Nirvana. All 13 of us had a teriffic time being together - yet we also had privacy in the multiple bedrooms. The house is beautiful and well appointed - and the view from the bedrooms and living areas are spectacular.The golfers found the course challenging - and beautiful.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Nirvana. The space is sufficient for several couples traveling together. Although you are able to gather in a wonderful open room --there is privacy and quiet in each of the masterbedrooms. The golf is great. The view is specatular, the kitchen is up to the description. We had a great week there and will return. If want a quick trip to Mexico from San Diego--this is the place you want to go.
