The unique design makes Villa Nirvana the only Bajamar property that can accommodate up to five couples and offer them all the same superb view, total privacy, and the convenience of their own private bath and balcony. The layout is also perfect for the multi-generation family gathering that requires separate sleeping arrangements but allows everyone to experience the closeness of a common living, dining, and entertaining area.

The circular glass dining room offers a superb ocean view and has a custom made table and chairs with seating for 10. Topped by a fabulous brick cupola with spectacular indirect lighting as well as a skylight, this dining room will make all of your meals memorable.

A separate media room with Queen sleeper sofa and full bath is available for additional sleeping capacity and to entertain the kids with their own TV, Stereo, DVD player, and video games. In addition, there is also a Maid's Quarters with private entrance, bathroom, and sitting area which makes this the perfect property for those traveling with their personal staff.

The furnished patio has its own full ocean view and includes a very private jacuzzi spa as well as a beautiful built in gas BBQ grill.

  • This is a wonderful Million dollar view at this estate like home. The house has great space for several couples and the extended family; yet give all the privacy in the multiple bedrooms.   • Our extended family gathered over Christmas to celebrate our Mom's 80th Birthday at the lovely Villa Nirvana. All 13 of us had a teriffic time being together - yet we also had privacy in the multiple bedrooms. The house is beautiful and well appointed - and the view from the bedrooms and living areas are spectacular.The golfers found the course challenging - and beautiful.
