ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: As required by South Lake Tahoe include the collection of a 10% transient occupancy tax on total rental charged to tenant and a $1.50/night charge according to Measure Z. A deposit of $2500 will be collected with advanced rent. $250 will be applied towards a cleaning fee and is not-refundable. $2250 security/damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days of termination of occupancy providing the unit is free of damages.
