Great room with seating area in front of a gas fireplace, TV, A/C. Attached full kitchen and dining table. All bed rooms and the living room feature additional glass doors to access the back yard and the river. Large deck with outdoor seating area and BBQ. Access to the back yard and the river. Upstairs is a loft with two bunk beds and 1/2 bath (one sink and a toilet). This loft is accessible by a pull-down leather only, not suitable for young children.
