  This was our third visit to Napili Shores. The first was our honeymoon 25 years ago and again on our 20th. This was our 25th anniversery and everything was great. This vacation was great from the start as dealing with Kayla was prompt, accurate and always helpful. The only things we missed were an ice maker and a TV in the bedroom. No plumbing issues. This is a great place to relax and to play but 10 days was just not enough! The Gazabo is truely the best breakfast ever and the grounds and beaches were beautiful.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  We enjoyed our time at Napoli Shores. It is situated in an area of other condo resorts and is very close to the beach and snorkeling areas. The condo complex was very nice and quiet. One of the issues we had was with the water. The shower did not turn on right away and dribbled for minutes before spraying. Also it would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

  We had a great time. Lovely complex near Napili Bay which is a great beach. Quiet and serene. Accommodation is a good size and the grounds of the complex are lovely. Great area. Hope to return.

  Napili Shores is a great location, and we liked that we were on the second floor for privacy. This exact room had issues with cold water, almost none, so showers were scalding. Toilet would always get plugged and there was no plunger! So bring one with you. With that being said about the room, the location was awesome. Snorkeling with the turtles is right next door, snorkeling off the beach out front was awesome. Boogie boarding was good at DT Flemming Beach (5 min drive). Building sand castles, etc was a blast on the beautiful beach. In summary, I would stay at Napili Shores again, and it would definitely be an upstairs unit, just not this exact one.

  Owner response: So sorry to hear you had a problem with the hot water in the shower. After a comment from a previous guest we brought in a plumber who assured us that he had found and fixed the cause. After checking with guests after the "fix" we had assumed the problem was resolved. Thank you for letting us know - we are scheduling another plumber visit right away! Update: The plumbing issue has been fixed!

  We spent 8 days in this lovely condo, situated on the perfect beach in West Maui. The condo itself was beautiful, well kept, and well stocked. Within the resort area, the condo was positioned above the upper pool, which was PERFECT. We spent a lot of time at that pool, which is warmer than the beachfront pool and has a hot tub. We visited beaches up and down the coast of West Maui, but Napili Bay, turns out, was just right for our family. You can snorkel, build sand castles, play in waves, or stick to calmer waters at the end of the bay. We loved it! The Gazebo restaurant really is great -- though you have to wait in line quite a while! Really, the were only two minor disappointments. First, they need to heat the beachfront pool. I didn't see anyone swim in it the whole time we were there. (This complaint has nothing to do with the condo itself.) Second, the condo was tiled throughout, and we were traveling with a wobbly 9-month-old. No worries for most folks -- but I wouldn't recommend this particular unit for someone with an infant. As it was, we rented a play pen, and all was well! Also, having tried to push a stroller around the resort, I wouldn't recommend it for someone in a wheel chair. Overall, though....so great! Met all our needs and exceeded our expectations. We had a fabulous time. This beautiful unit was the icing on top of our Hawaii cake!

  Very nice clean suite. Excellent family oriented amenities. Great pools,BBQ', friendly helpful staff. If anything at all negative, water for shower had very inconsistent presure and temperature. Ran dangerously hot if sink in kitchen used, also ran very hot if suite below or beside?? ran water at times. Other than that, great vacation spot for families, close to lots of activities in Kaanapali/Lahaina, cant wait to go back. Recommended.
