At about 800 square feet in size, this beautifully renovated vintage home features two serene, ultra-comfortable & luxurious bedrooms, one efficient Euro-style bathroom, a huge, fully-stocked cook's kitchen and an open, relaxing livingroom & dining space -- all set in a many-windowed enchanting space that looks onto our "Secret Garden" enclosed yard, fronting onto the Amoroso Walk Street path.
We're just three blocks from the creative center of Venice - Abbot Kinney Blvd. - with its local-flavor shops, cafés & galleries -- and not a Starbucks or chain store in sight!! And another 4 blocks takes you to the beach and Venice Boardwalk -- close enough for easy access but just removed enough from the noise, traffic and transient population that sometimes make the beach area a little challenging for true comfortable relaxation!
Our charming residences, known as The Venice Beach Cottages, are located in one of Southern California’s most picturesque, exceptional neighborhoods -- the Venice Beach Walk Streets. Many of the homes in this six-square block area - located a mere 9 blocks from the ocean - front onto unique pedestrian-only “walk streets”. As you might imagine, these front yards form one outrageous collective botanical garden, with a profusion of dramatic flowers, specimen trees, intriguing art pieces and exceptional architectural design.
This area is home to actors & actresses -- Julia Roberts has a home here -- music & film industry directors, writers & execs as well as notables in the fields of literature, fine arts, design and social good. Both residences can be rented individually or collectively to meet your needs. A protected, sun-drenched courtyard is set between The 1920's Cottage and the Treetops Suite. A gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining table are available for enjoying the great Southern California weather.

For over 17 years my wife, Debbie, and I have been beach residents in Santa Monica, just a few blocks north of where our Venice Beach Cottages are located. I'm a Director for the premiere residential Real Estate boutique in Venice, Bulldog Realtors and my wife is the Group Sales Director for two ultra-luxurious beach hotels, Shutters on the Beach and Hotel Casa del Mar in Santa Monica. We're both veterans of the hospitality and creative industries having managed and produced major meetings and events for a Who's Who of the Fortune 500.
