Cancellation: If the reservation is cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival, the reservation Security Deposit will be refunded in full. Reservations cancelled between 44 days and 31 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the Security Deposit. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival are not refundable.

NOTICE: Excessive clean up will be charged to your credit card or billed directly to you for our actual cost. Any damage by you or your guest will be handled the same as excessive cleaning charges.
