WELCOME TO OUR CONDO!!!

I know you will enjoy your stay. The condo is on the 16th floor with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful white sandy beaches that Panama City Beach is known for. This is our home on the beach and I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. The Sunrises and Sunsets are just beautiful and the large balcony is the perfect place to view them. The condo has been professionally decorated for your pleasure and comfort.

PLEASE ENJOY 2 FREE BEACH CHAIRS AND 1 UMBRELLA WHICH WILL BE SET UP FOR YOU DAILY ON THE BEACH FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY!!! The Beach Chair season runs March - October.

BRING YOUR COMPUTER AND JUST PLUG IT UP FOR HIGH SPEED BROADBAND INTERNET!! (I do not have wireless as sometimes it does not work well in condominiums). To much interference!!

  • We had a great week in PCB. The condo was decorated elegantly but comfortably. The new tile floors are so much nicer than carpet. A week was definately not enough, maybe we'll get to stay 2 next year. Thanks again!

  • I absolutelty recommend this condo! It is beautiful, clean, conveniently located with comfy beds,large balcony with a great view! The condos have two pools, a jaccuzi, two new gas grills by the pool, a sauna, and two free beach lounges with umbrella! Who could ask for more! Their elevators are fast and the condo employees are friendly, too. The condo owners are the best!

  • We give this condo a perfect 10 for casual elegant decor and clean (spotless) comfortable accomodations. You will sleep like a baby in the comfy king size bed and wake up to beautiful views. The large balcony is a room in itself with comfortable loungers and dining set. The beach has the most beautiful water and you can walk to Pineapple Willys where we enjoyed Carribean Salads and listened to a great reggae band. We traveled with two 18 year old girls and they found lots of fun safe activities. It was a perfect vaction for us and we highly recommend this condo and this owner.

  • We spent 1 week here this summer and plan to stay again. I highly recommend this condo to anyone. This condo is large and spacious. Also found the condo to be very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, which is an important part of a relaxing vacation. The furniture is also very comfortable. The owner of this condo is very accommodating and makes every effort to make sure you are happy! This is my first experience to rent a condo directly from an owner and it has been a pleasant one. Originally I have preferred to rent through a big corporation so that you have some recourse if you are not happy. So I was reluctant to try this web site. Now I am happy that I did!
