I know you will enjoy your stay. The condo is on the 16th floor with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful white sandy beaches that Panama City Beach is known for. This is our home on the beach and I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. The Sunrises and Sunsets are beautiful and the large balcony is the perfect place to view them. The condo has been professionally decorated for your pleasure and comfort.
PLEASE ENJOY 2 FREE BEACH CHAIRS AND 1 UMBRELLA WHICH WILL BE SET UP FOR YOU DAILY ON THE BEACH FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY!!! The Beach Chair season runs March - October.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Villa
We have always enjoyed the Gulf coast's beautiful beaches and crystal clear water. The kids always want to go to Panama City Beach and the area is growing and becoming more upscale. There is something to do for everyone. The seafood restuarants are great and plenty of activities to enjoy from deep sea fishing,snorkling at the State Park, golf, shopping, kid activities and etc. It is only a 5 1/2 hours drive from Atlanta. We can leave and be there by lunch.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy the sunsets on the balcony and relaxing the most! The kids love the beach activities, parasailing, jet skis,bananna boat rides and just walking the beach. The sunrise is nice to see while you are working out in the workout room on the 3rd. floor. We love to go to different restuarants. Boondocks on West Bay is awesome.

The only requirement that my family has in choosing where to vacation is... It has to be on a beach, beautiful clear water, soft white sand, beautiful sunsets and NO time clocks or schedules. Year after year, we continue to enjoy the beauty and relaxing effects of the beaches that we visit. We enjoy our condo at Ocean Villa, PCB so much. It gives us the gift of relaxation and family time.

Just returned home today and I am already missing the beautiful beach and the amazing condo. This was my 2nd trip to this condo and I will NOT stay anywhere else. The condo itself is as beautiful and as clean as it appears in the photos. The bed was so comfortable. I loved waking up in the morning and walking onto the balcony and relaxing in one of the wonderful chaise lounges. Not only did I enjoy the balcony but that is where my husband wound eat his breakfast and lunch. Such a beautiful view and comfortable furniture too. I found myself sitting on the balcony at the table and wishing I had scheduled more time off from work. I thank the owner so much for the dining recommendations. Of course you must go to PineApple Willy's which is only walking distance from the condo (let's see how many rib buckets do I have now?) I just can not say enough about this place. Just Wonderful. Thank you Kellie, we really had a great time last year and again this year. And I am sure we will again NEXT YEAR. Counting down 51 weeks to go. thanks again ..... WILL RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FRIENDS except my week in August.

I have stayed in this unit several times and I am impressed every time. The unit is absolutely beautiful - by far the best condo I've ever stayed in! First let me describe the property itself - covered parking, 1 outdoor pool and 1 indoor/outoor pool, hot tub, faster elevators than most and convenient pool and beach access. It's in a great location - walking distance to Pineapple Willy's and Walmart. The unit itself is amazingly clean and beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly want. Cleanliness is big on my list and I've not been disappointed once. But the best thing to me is the VIEW! You can see for miles and we've watched dophins swimming several times. It has a huge balcony with very comfortable chairs and chaises. My daughter and I actually fell asleep in one and spent most of the night on the balcony! The owners are very accommodating. Will keep coming back.

My family stayed at this condo for summer vacation 2011. This condo is the nicest that I have stayed at thus far. We were looking at the other condo's patio furniture and nothing compared to ours. The price was very reasonable and we are already planning our next trip! Thanks Kellie!

My husband and I stayed in your condo for Thunder Beach week this year. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Your condo was the most spotless we've ever rented. It is beautifully decorated!! Your tips on the area were very helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in PCB!!

The condo was extremely comfortable - 3 TV's! Everything one could wish for especially the balcony - wonderful views of the sea and the sands and wonderful sunsets. Even when the weather was cool we could always sunbathe on the balcony. Thankyou Kellie!

My family and I stayed in this condo three years ago and will stay no where else when we go on vacation. The bad part about that is....we haven't been to the beach in three years because we set our standard by this beautiful condo and I lost all of my contact information until today. Yeah, We loved it and can not wait to go back. Here we come beach 2011.

My family and I just loved this condo. It was very very clean. I have stayed at Ocean Villa before and this was my favorite condo yet. I hope to be going back to PCB soon and if I do I will rent this condo again. Thank you Kelli for making our vacation a wonderful one. =)

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation and the balcony is wonderful. The sunset from this spot cannot be matched. The homeowner is by far the best that I have ever worked with. You cannot go wrong if you book this unit.

We had a great week in PCB. The condo was decorated elegantly but comfortably. The new tile floors are so much nicer than carpet. A week was definately not enough, maybe we'll get to stay 2 next year. Thanks again!
