Located in a gated community in North Scottsdale. The Racquet Club has lush grounds, nine lighted tennis courts, five heated pools, six spas, fitness and activity rooms, two saunas, masseuse on site, lighted walkways, fountains, waterfalls and streams flowing into serene ponds and gardens. There is shopping, restaurants, golf, and theatres nearby.

Newly remodeled in 2005 with new carpeting and tile. New air conditioning unit. It is a first floor interior unit with parking in front. Located on a quiet street with no traffic.

There is a new king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. Bedrooms are at the opposite ends of the unit. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which makes for better privacy than most units.
