You can experience beautiful views from all windows of this spectacular, luxury, custom decorated sixth floor corner condo. This portion of Estero Island's beach is the widest and softest in southwest Florida!
Beach activities usually include volleyball and live music from nearby venues with canopied chairs and jet-ski rentals available. Golf, boating, fishing, new release dinner-movie theater, shopping plaza, and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk of the front door.
The condominium is located just 1/2 block from Santini Plaza and Fish-Tale Marina, near the southern end of the island, a more quiet end away from the heavy traffic of the bridge and downtown area. A trolley can pick you up and take you for a short ride to Times Square, downtown Fort Myers Beach, to stroll and fish the lengthy pier or have a night out at a huge variety of shops, bars, and restaurants with music venues.
Island activities abound with parasailing, boat and jet ski rentals, boat tours to Key West, fishing charters, and a State Park within walking distance! A pharmacy and medical center are also very close.
The international airport is about a 30 minute drive with available taxi, and limousine service.
This luxury condominium is open and spacious with wall to wall sliding windows out to a screened lanai. The posh master bedroom suite has a walk-in closet, king-size bed, TV, sliding doors to lanai, double vanity, and extra large shower. One guest bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, with lovely views of the back bay. The third bedroom sleeps two on comfortable single beds. It is also supplied with a TV/DVD player. A fully equipped kitchen for the gourmet cook extends to a dining area with a view of the lovely pool and luxury boats in Fish-Tale Marina. My family and I had the most wonderful time at Palm Harbour. The views from the lanai and kitchen were band the owners thought of everything. The walk to the beach is a perfect way to start your morning and the heated pool and spa were fantastic for my family. We are already planning a return and can't wait to visit again. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect vacation getaway.

The condo was exactly as described and fully equipped and better than expected. The views were fantastic and this was a great location for the local beach and convenience stores and everything you needed was within a 5 minute walk. We took regular walks around the marina and chatted to the boat owners whilst enjoying the beautiful sites. We felt extremely safe here and at at home. The pool was lovely and as described and very quiet so felt like our own personal pool at times. The residents and other visitors were extremely friendly. The BBQ's round the pool were great and there was even a fridge/freezer and sheltered room next to the pool which was very convenient. The owner and agent were very friendly and on hand when needed. We definately look forward to coming back to this condo at Palm Harbour Club again in 2012.

Our trip was wonderful! We had such a great time, so much so we re-thought the end of our trip and decided to cut back on our return trip activities and stay another day on Fort Myers Beach. We enjoyed manatees in the morning playing in the harbor (and on Lover's Key) and saw a thunderstorm over the bay one late night. The pool and beach was a hit with the kids. Two days of our trip we started the day in the ocean, grabbed lunch and hit the pool for the afternoon. Your condo was perfect. We really enjoyed the space and how it was laid out. It was quiet, clean, had amazing views and was very accommodating. We made many meals with ease in the kitchen, well stocked. We used the beach items that were there, the laundry, and enjoyed choosing were to eat each meal from the variety of seating areas. The first trip to the beach we walked, the other trips we loaded the car with blankets, chairs and an umbrella and drove to the Hoilday Inn. Not a bad walk there but with two tired kids the walk home can seem longer, plus if you take a bunch of stuff it gets heavy. The trolley was great for getting around, we took it to Lover's Key and walked to the visitor's center then hopped onto a tram to take us to the beach there. Saw manatees, lizards and beautiful plants. Great seashells too. I want to mention that my mother has a hard time walking and uses a cane. The pool was close for her and with the elevators it made her getting around easy. We couldn't have had a better place to stay, better weather or a more memorable vacation. Thank you for offering your home and making it feel like ours. We are looking forward to our next trip!

Again our two week visit was superb! The condo is well maintained with luxurious furnishings. The bay area view from the kitchen is delightful. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary cookware to prepare a tasty meal OR you can take a 5 minute walk to many fine restaurants (as we often times did after a long day at the beach). We love to wake in the morning and have our morning coffee on the lanai overlooking FishTale Marina, as it comes alive for the day! Watching the manatees play in the marina area was a treat. It was also very interesing to see the variety of boats and yachts dock at the Marina. Many days we took the short walk to the most beautiful sandy beach. One day we even spotted dolphins playing in the water:) We would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a peaceful area with many amenities but with excitement just a short walk or trolley car away.

My 2 lady friends and I just returned from a wonderful vacation at this lovely condo. Everything listed on line abt. this property was accurate and then some. Decorated beautifully and every convenience imaginable. Even down to motion sensor night lights. Property was well maintained and clean. View was spectacular and it was very enjoyable seeing all the yachts sail by and dock at Fish Tale Marina. From the lanai one could see the gulf as well as Estero Bay. We even saw a dolphin swimming one morning. Nearby Holiday Inn Beach was breathtaking. White sand that didn't burn your feet when walking barefoot and calm green waters of the gulf made a picture perfect postcard. As we arrived later on Sat. we couldn't get our rental car at Enterprise until Monday but Santini Plaza had every conceiveable store and restaurant within a 2 min. walk. As we are seniors this was very convenient for us. We definitely plan on returning in 2011. Owner and property mgr. were very helpful and so nice. "The Golden Girls" from New Jersey

Property was very clean and quiet. We were one of the few in the pool. Would have preferred it to be closer to the beach entrance located at Holiday Inn. It seemed like long hike in hot weather to cart all our beach utensils. If you are a boater, can't beat this location.

It was our first visit to Fort Myers Beach and this lovely condo but it certainly will not be our last. We arrived the day after Thanksgiving, 2007 and quickly settled in to our comfortable vacation home. The location proved to be the best. . . we were close to the beach, shopping and terrific restaurants yet away from noisy crowds and traffic. We enjoyed long walks on the white sand beach each morning and were excited to find so many sand dollars. We were also treated to dolphins swimming in the marina while enjoying our coffee and the beautiful view from the screened lanai. The lanai was also the setting for several lazy nights playing cards and relaxing in the warmth of Southwest Florida in November. This spacious condo is beautifully decorated and furnished. No detail has been overlooked. . . right down to the beach chairs and pool toys. We much enjoyed our first vacation to your condo, Fort Myers and the sun. We look forward to returning . . . soon.

My family had the pleasure of staying at the Palm Harbor #601 during the second week of October 2007. Having visited Fort Myers Beach on a couple of other occasions, we had a good idea as to the location of the condo. We knew that it was close to the beach area in front of the Holiday Inn which, in our opinion, is the best section of the beach in Fort Myers. The beach close to the condo is approx. 10 minutes from the 'main Fort Myers Beach' which, for a family, is a good thing! The main section of the beach has probably seen better days.. The hotels are packed with visitors looking to party and have a good time. The section of the beach near the condo is very large and very quite - perfect for families. My daughter loved playing in the pure white sand and enjoyed shell hunting in the morning. The beach is 2-3 minute walk from the condo. When we arrived at the condo we were blown away by it's size and layout. It is much larger than it appears in the pictures on the site.. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom to the left of the main hallway as you enter. At the end of the hallway is the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The screened in patio overlooks the picturesque view of the marina. To the right of the patio is the master bedroom which is huge. There is an en suite bathroom with tub and two stand up showers in the master bedroom. The condo itself is beautiful. We brought my parents along with us - the layout was perfect (although next time we want the master bedroom!!). The pool area was really nice also. The pool and hot tub are in the sun all day so it's perfect - water temp was 88-90 every day. Because of the time of the year, we pretty much had the pool to ourselves - which my 3 year old loved!! The condo is a 2 minute walk to a large plaza with gift stores, restaurants, bank etc. The Italian take-away is excellent although a little pricey. The Fish House, which is the restaurant that over looks the marina is disappointing - nice patio for a beer but the food wasn't very good. We had a terrific time and would rent the condo again in a heartbeat.. Would highly recommend!!! Alan + Kelline Hollingsworth
