  We stayed the week of the 4th of July.The building and condo itself was one of the cleanest places I've evert stayed. The condo is nicely decorated ,and easily fit our family of 5. It is stocked with anything you could need, from pots and pans to beachchairs and towels.the grill at the pool was so convienent .The pool itself was the pefect temp. Easy walk to the beach, quick drive to everything else. We sat on the beach on the Fourth of July and watched fireworks from all over. No question we would stay here again!

  This rental unit is absolutely beautiful. It is was immaculate and had everything we needed. We are avid beach goers and it was stocked with everything you need for fun in the sun. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach, CVS and many restaurants. My husband and I were traveling with our 3 year old. 6 month old and my mother. The layout is fantastic as the master bathroom (with beautiful walk-in closets and jacuzzi tub) is on one side of the condo and the other 2 bedrooms and bath are on the other side. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch after a day at the beach. It was lovely to watch the boats in the marina. The condo also has a beautiful pool with a few grills (which we used). We have stayed in Fort Myers many times and this was one of our favorite spots, we would be thrilled to rent this unit again and would highly recommend it. Celeste was wonderful to work with.

  My family and I had the most wonderful time at Palm Harbour. The views from the lanai and kitchen were band the owners thought of everything. The walk to the beach is a perfect way to start your morning and the heated pool and spa were fantastic for my family. We are already planning a return and can't wait to visit again. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect vacation getaway.

  The condo was exactly as described and fully equipped and better than expected. The views were fantastic and this was a great location for the local beach and convenience stores and everything you needed was within a 5 minute walk. We took regular walks around the marina and chatted to the boat owners whilst enjoying the beautiful sites. We felt extremely safe here and at at home. The pool was lovely and as described and very quiet so felt like our own personal pool at times. The residents and other visitors were extremely friendly. The BBQ's round the pool were great and there was even a fridge/freezer and sheltered room next to the pool which was very convenient. The owner and agent were very friendly and on hand when needed. We definately look forward to coming back to this condo at Palm Harbour Club again in 2012.

  Our trip was wonderful! We had such a great time, so much so we re-thought the end of our trip and decided to cut back on our return trip activities and stay another day on Fort Myers Beach. We enjoyed manatees in the morning playing in the harbor (and on Lover's Key) and saw a thunderstorm over the bay one late night. The pool and beach was a hit with the kids. Two days of our trip we started the day in the ocean, grabbed lunch and hit the pool for the afternoon. Your condo was perfect. We really enjoyed the space and how it was laid out. It was quiet, clean, had amazing views and was very accommodating. We made many meals with ease in the kitchen, well stocked. We used the beach items that were there, the laundry, and enjoyed choosing were to eat each meal from the variety of seating areas. The first trip to the beach we walked, the other trips we loaded the car with blankets, chairs and an umbrella and drove to the Hoilday Inn. Not a bad walk there but with two tired kids the walk home can seem longer, plus if you take a bunch of stuff it gets heavy. The trolley was great for getting around, we took it to Lover's Key and walked to the visitor's center then hopped onto a tram to take us to the beach there. Saw manatees, lizards and beautiful plants. Great seashells too. I want to mention that my mother has a hard time walking and uses a cane. The pool was close for her and with the elevators it made her getting around easy. We couldn't have had a better place to stay, better weather or a more memorable vacation. Thank you for offering your home and making it feel like ours. We are looking forward to our next trip!

  Again our two week visit was superb! The condo is well maintained with luxurious furnishings. The bay area view from the kitchen is delightful. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary cookware to prepare a tasty meal OR you can take a 5 minute walk to many fine restaurants (as we often times did after a long day at the beach). We love to wake in the morning and have our morning coffee on the lanai overlooking FishTale Marina, as it comes alive for the day! Watching the manatees play in the marina area was a treat. It was also very interesing to see the variety of boats and yachts dock at the Marina. Many days we took the short walk to the most beautiful sandy beach. One day we even spotted dolphins playing in the water:) We would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a peaceful area with many amenities but with excitement just a short walk or trolley car away.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  My 2 lady friends and I just returned from a wonderful vacation at this lovely condo. Everything listed on line abt. this property was accurate and then some. Decorated beautifully and every convenience imaginable. Even down to motion sensor night lights. Property was well maintained and clean. View was spectacular and it was very enjoyable seeing all the yachts sail by and dock at Fish Tale Marina. From the lanai one could see the gulf as well as Estero Bay. We even saw a dolphin swimming one morning. Nearby Holiday Inn Beach was breathtaking. White sand that didn't burn your feet when walking barefoot and calm green waters of the gulf made a picture perfect postcard. As we arrived later on Sat. we couldn't get our rental car at Enterprise until Monday but Santini Plaza had every conceiveable store and restaurant within a 2 min. walk. As we are seniors this was very convenient for us. We definitely plan on returning in 2011. Owner and property mgr. were very helpful and so nice. "The Golden Girls" from New Jersey

  Property was very clean and quiet. We were one of the few in the pool. Would have preferred it to be closer to the beach entrance located at Holiday Inn. It seemed like long hike in hot weather to cart all our beach utensils. If you are a boater, can't beat this location.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.
