This 2000 sq-ft townhome is quiet, spacious and surrounded by trees. Sunny with windows galore. Well-heated and cozy in the winter. Restaurants, groceries, movies and dog-and-kid-friendly parks are nearby.

Thirty minutes from Aspen, with its skiing, plays, concerts, films, music and shops. Thirty minutes from Snowmass Village. Thirty minutes from Glenwood Springs and its Sunlight ski resort and huge hot springs pool.

Lots of comfortable lounge chairs and sofas, three TVs, one with a 42-inch plasma screen, desks, office chairs, good lighting and a walk-in closet. A loft with exercise equipment, a TV and record player. The house is chemical-free, as is the mountain air around it. Dogs over 6 months are welcome and invited to use the dog door into a small fenced yard.
