Great location on the north side of the Seal Beach pier. One half block to the best surfing section of the beach, a half block to Main Street and the pier.

A large picture window overlooks the private front yard and the sparkling pool, eight person spa, gazebo with outdoor furniture, and gas BBQ, all surrounded by beautiful gardens. The entire yard is fenced from the street and the pool/spa has a child fence.
House includes two off-street parking places in the alley and additional storage in a one car garage.
This is a great family rental complete with his/hers beach cruisers, boogie boards, surf board, beach chairs, and toys.

My family recently spent 1 week in this home - everything lived up to the details provided online and in discussions with the home owner. It is very comfortable, lots of amenties to make a beach visit so special. Close by to downtown shops, resturants, and steps from the beack. Highly recommend this home for family/friends - great for family reunion which we all enjoyed.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
